ELIX is a certified organization for implementing EVS projects and carries the European Solidarity Corps Quality Label. It certifies that an organisation taking part in the Corps is able to provide the necessary conditions for young people to take part in solidarity activities.

ELIX -Conservation Volunteers Greece is a non-governmental not-for-profit organization promoting, since 1987, voluntary service and education. ELIX main goal is the personal development of individuals as citizens of the world, through active participation. Environmental protection, cultural heritage conservation, culture promotion and social service are the main thematic fields of voluntary projects.
In the framework of the project "Lessons of Solidarity", ELIX cooperated with ELEPAP. In 2015 ELIX and ELEPAP decided to continue the cooperation in the framework of the European Voluntary Service Programme (EVS).

ELIX offers an EVS position for a volunteer from UK in Athens
ELIX has already approved an EVS project “Volunteering is in our Nature” and is still looking for one volunteer from the UK or Northern Ireland who may be willing to volunteer and work with ELIX in Athens. Another EVS volunteer from Germany will begin on the 4th of March, under the same project.
