In Tampere, Finland, the annual youth workers conference was held from 14 to 16 January 2020, with more than 2.700 youth workers.
The conference was organized by the Finnish National Youth Council, Allianssi, and offered interesting lectures, workshops, group discussions and other types of events for all youth professionals and volunteers.
The YOUTH2020 provided participants with an opportunity to connect, inspire and learn. The aim was to improve the know-how in the field, to disseminate good practice in Finland and other parts of the world and to strengthen the role of the youth sector in the public sphere.
ELIX’ General Manager and President, Judith Wunderlich Antoniou, presented current innovations and developments in the youth sector in Greece.
In addition, ELIX' European Projects Coordinator, Tilemachos Boni, as an elected representative of the Council of Europe's Advisory Council on Youth, presented the current developments in the youth field.
