One of the most important human resources is the ability to be educated on topics that interest them.
With this aim and using the tool of "Non-Formal Education", ELIX organizes training seminars, youth exchanges and educational courses in Greece or participates as a partner in similar incentives abroad, offering you wide-range opportunities to choose from.
Many of these programs are co-funded by the European Commission and thus covering part of the cost of these actions.
Since 1987, ELIX has built strong alliances and partnerships in order to offer programmes that advance personal development and active citizenship.
ELIX has coordinated or participated in programs such as: Erasmus +, Youth in Action, Equal, Leonardo Da Vinci, Amicus, European Youth Foundation, Social Work and many more.
In addition, ELIX plans, organises and implements team training seminars for volunteers every spring.
