We took a project creating process to pieces like sandwich and divided to planning, preparation, implementation, evolution. We used different games, group works, brainstorming, mind mapping for describe the every important part of organising the local action.

Sharing the ideas and thoughts that people have already done and what plans they have for the future was mainly the topic of the second part of the day. The event was also good as contact making because many young leaders started to co-operate together.

Second day we had also two quests from different organisations who talked about the local actions what they have done and shared their thoughts how to organize a campaign to your local actions. One of the guests was professional on organizing local action what´s target is mainly youth and others target group was wider and the area of actions was raising the awareness about global education topics. Both given to young leaders new thoughts how to make the action like this that it will be influential.

We watched video about different local actions what have been held in Estonia and we started to create new ideas and put a plan for the future. The two days went very successfully and participants got new thoughts to go and take the action.
