Education and Training

We are pleased to invite you to the ILEARN Closing Workshop, taking place on Monday, December 8th, from 10:00 to 16:00, at HIGGS (15 Victoros Ougko St., 10437 Athens).

This workshop marks an important milestone in the Erasmus+ Project ILEARN: Innovative Learning Environment for Refugee Adult Language Needs, a collaborative initiative dedicated to strengthening language learning environments for adult refugees through innovative, inclusive, and adaptable educational practices.

Celebrating the Success of the ILEARN Training Course

Over the past months, the ILEARN partnership has successfully implemented a comprehensive training course aimed at supporting educators working with adult refugee learners. The training brought together:

  • educators, facilitators, and community professionals
  • meaningful exchanges of practical insights
  • evidence of increasing confidence and enhanced teaching strategies

The outcomes of this training now form an important part of the project’s findings. During the workshop, we will present these results, discuss what worked, and demonstrate how the course materials, including curriculum, modules, surveys, and tools, can be used and adapted in broader educational settings.

Your Feedback Will Shape the Final Project Outputs

A central aim of the workshop is to engage with stakeholders like you who play a direct or supporting role in refugee adult education. Your perspectives matter.

During the event, we will invite you to:

  • reflect on the course methodology and results
  • share insights from your own experience in the field
  • identify needs, challenges, or opportunities we should consider
