Our team will offer four full days of online sessions where in the final day in November you will be  connected with students and teachers from Norway also working with students with displacement backgrounds.

Do you work in formal or non-formal education with adults from displacement backgrounds?

Whether you are a teacher, volunteer, or community educator, this course is designed for you.

This online training offers:

  • 32 hours of structured online sessions spread over 4 days
  • Guest lecture
  • Connection to fellow students and colleagues working in your field
  • Certificate of Attendance

Our goal is to equip you with innovative, inclusive, and practical tools to create empowering learning environments for refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants.

The course consists of four main modules:

  • Culture and Gender
  • Integration and Empowerment
  • Teacher Role, Curricula, and Pedagogy
  • Transition to Formal Education

As a participant, you will join a dynamic European network of educators – a community where experiences, insights, and ideas are
shared to shape the learning journey of adult students.
