In collaboration with Evergreen Yoga Studio, ELIX is offering free Yoga Lessons guided by professional instructors. We aim to give the participants a safe space to develop the movement of their bodies, to relax and to devote valuable time to themselves.
You don't need any kind of experience or previous practice, just wear your most comfortable clothes and we are waiting for you at the p^2 multispace area.
Important Note: The course is open to women only, in order to create a safe space for participation regardless of religious views.
