Η ΕΛΙΞ, στο πλαίσιο της συνεργασίας της με την Αυστριακή οργάνωση Grenzenlos, αναζητά 2 άτομα ηλικίας 18+ που έχουν κίνητρο για εργασία με παιδιά και ενδιαφέρον για (εκμάθηση) γλωσσών, για να συμμετάσχουν στο πρόγραμμα του Ευρωπαϊκού Σώματος Αλληλεγγύης (ESC) που συντονίζει η αυστριακή οργάνωση Grenzenlos. Η οργάνωση φιλοξενίας του προγράμματος αυτού είναι η La Rueda η οποία παρέχει κυρίως εγκαταστάσεις παιδικής φροντίδας στην Βιέννη.
Το πρόγραμμα θα υλοποιηθεί στην πόλη Βιέννη στην Αυστρία. Οι ημερομηνίες που θα διεξαχθεί το πρόγραμμα είναι από 01.02.2022 ή 01.03.2022 έως 31.08.2022 (και πιθανόν λίγο παραπάνω)
Σκοπός του προγράμματος είναι η υποστήριξη και παροχή πρώιμης φροντίδας παιδιών.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
La Rueda Kindergruppe are part of the association “Großes Schiff – La Rueda”, who is mainly providing child care facilities in Vienna. At La Rueda children's groups there are about 14 children between the age of 1 and 6 taken care of and at least two languages - German and Spanish - are spoken. As a volunteer you should support the team of pedagogues in taking care of the children and providing a diverse program of activities for them. The volunteering projects are coordinated by Grenzenlos and planned to start already in the beginning of February, latest beginning of March 2022. The project duration will be 6-12 months.
The ESC volunteer is going to be involved in all activities and will have time to establish a good relationship with the children. It is good to have two extra hands for all the daily activities, mostly in outgoing, we are having at least two professional care takers with the whole group. With the ESC volunteer the organization would be minimum three, often four, persons for 14 children. We have freshly cooked biological food.

FOOD
The volunteer could eat together with the group and would be included in all activities like the morning round like the care takers do, holding in shape the eating place, but is never going to be alone with the children.
VOLUNTEER PROFILE
Applicants should be open-minded, motivated to work with children, and have an interest in (learning) languages. As a volunteer you will support the daily activities of the children’s group (similar to a kindergarten), such as playing games, doing arts & crafts, go on excursion, cooking, and organizational work. No previous skills or knowledge are required. Youngsters with fewer opportunities are prioritized in the selection.
