Οι δραστηριότητες περιλαμβάνουν οργάνωση δράσεων για τον ελεύθερο χρόνο των παιδιών, νέων και ηλικιωμένων, καθώς και ατόμων με αναπηρία. Επίσης το καλοκαίρι, ως INEX Messenger θα επισκεφτείτε σχολεία, workcamps αλλά και εργαστήρια που επικεντρώνονται στο 2023 ως Ευρωπαϊκό Έτος Δεξιοτήτων.
Μέσω της εθελοντικής αυτής δραστηριότητας θα αποκτήσετε δεξιότητες όσον αφορά :
- Την οργανωτικότητα
- Την επικοινωνία
- Την παρουσίαση
- Το δημόσιο λόγο
- Την επίλυση συγκρούσεων και
- Τη διαχείριση χρόνου

ABOUT THE PROJECT :
We are inviting you for an ESC project to help us helping the others. Multiple and various tasks regarding volunteering, educational and promotional activities are waiting for you to learn new skills, to experience unknown and maybe step out of your comfort zone sometimes.
For the year 2023 we open 2 positions for ESC volunteers in our organization:
1. organization of volunteering activities – helping us with organizing free time activities for kids, youth, seniors, for people with disabilities. During summer be a co-leader at different places of international voluntary workcamps: eco village, reconstruction of castle or renovation of a historical school. And many other activities.
2. organization of educational activities – create own workshop as an INEX Messenger, visiting schools, workcamps, other institutions with workshop focusing on 2023 the European Year of Skills. Be part of the training team of the leaders of international voluntary workcamps.
This project dvelops organizational, communication, leadership, presentation, public speaking, conflict resolution, time management and other skills.
During the project, the ESC volunteer for the position of "Educational activities" will be together with the coordinator primarily focusing on these activities:
- creating workshop as a "INEX Messenger" according to your own initiative and interest focusing on 2023 the European Year of Skills
- focusing on educational activities in the field of volunteering, the ESC programme, personal development and non-formal education
- planning and preparing "INEX meetings" for young people with focus on educational part
- visiting schools with educational workshop
- helping with preparation and organization of 2 trainings focused on leading international volunteer camps - workcamps in Slovakia during summer
- working with Canva Pro
- writing articles on blog about traveling, volunteering, personal development
What skills will you gain through this ESC project:
- how to improve your public speaking skills by preparing and presenting workshop
- how to create educational material
- be more aware of educational and evaluation methods
- learn soft skills like leadership, conflict resolution, time management, public speaking, management of the budget
- how to write articles
- gain practise for your professional life

During the project, the ESC volunteer for the position of "Volunteering activities" will be together with the coordinator primarily focusing on these activities:
- focusing on planning and organizing volunteering activities, workcamps
- focusing on volunteering activities in the field of the ESC programme
“INEX meetings” - contribute with topic ideas focusing on volunteering activities for regular meetings of volunteers or young people. Create invitations publish them and promote, prepare the room and the material according the needs of particular meeting. First meeting will be about presenting your own country, culture and motivation why you are here
- becoming the co-leader on the workcamps in Slovakia - participate on international voluntary workcamps in Slovakia, use all the theoretical knowledge gained during the project and the training into the practice while having direct contact with the group of young people from different cultures.
- organizing events for children, people with disabilities - create program for activities, promote the activities among our volunteers, motivate them to participate on these activities and be in charge of organizing these events.

- writing articles on blog about traveling, volunteering, personal development
- being part of volunteering team
