Γίνε εθελοντής με το συγχρηματοδοτούμενο πρόγραμμα ESC στο Leipzig της Γερμανίας!

Η ΕΛΙΞ προτείνει τέσσερα πολύ ενδιαφέρον συχρηματοδοτούμενα προγράμματα του Ευρωπαϊκού Σώματος Αλληλεγγύης (ESC) μεγάλης διάρκειας που συντονίζει η γερμανική οργάνωση Villa-Leipzig. Η οργάνωση αναζητά 4 συμμετέχοντες.

Τα προγράμματα θα πραγματοποιηθούν στην πόλη Leipzig και έχουν διάρκεια 12 μήνες. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, ξεκινάνε στις 1 Μαρτίου του 2022 και τελειώνουν στις 28 Φεβρουαρίου του 2023.

Η εστίαση των προγραμμάτων είναι στη φροντίδα των παιδιών, όπως ο παιδικός σταθμός/νηπιαγωγείο αλλά και η φροντίδα μετά το σχολείο. Θα δοθεί επίσης μεγάλη έμφαση στην ανάπτυξη της δημιουργικότητας και την ένταξη στην εκπαίδευση.

Προθεσμία υποβολής αιτήσεων: ΑΜΕΣΑ, οι αιτήσεις των προγραμμάτων κλείνουν 30 Ιανουαρίου 2022.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The projects focus on child care, such as kinder garden / nursery and after-school care. Also, there is an emphasis on creativity and inclusion in the education.

Τhe Free Rudolf Steiner School Leipzig was founded in 1990 and accommodates about 350 students. The Rudolf Steiner School leads students from grade 1 to grade 13. The ESC will be in the day nursery, which is associated with the school. The Rudolf Steiner pedagogy pursues a holistic approach within children's mental and intellectual education. The curriculum is structured by the pupils' stages of development and aims at supporting and developing intellectual, mental and physical skills appropriate for the respective age. The day nursery offers a mentoring programme in the afternoon for grades 1-4 (6 – 10 years). The staff of the Free Rudolf Steiner school consists of around 50 members. Two members are directly involved in the project. Moreover, there are between 50 and 100 adult voluntary helpers working at the school.

In particular the volunteer will:

• The volunteer will mainly be active in the day nursery (grades 1-4 / 6-10 years)
• The volunteer will support the staff during the lunch times and the afternoon activities (games, special projects)
• According to the interests of the volunteer, he/she may also carry through special creative projects with the kids (singing, dancing…)
• Volunteer´s own ideas can be realized in every-day work during the afternoons as well as in various projects, parties etc.
• The volunteer also has the chance to develop an own project during the year
• There will be several project days towards topics of Europe / mobility in Europe for all ESC volunteers

The opportunities for children and teenagers to acquire intercultural competence are scarce in the East of Germany. Thus, the Waldorf nursery sees a volunteer as a huge enrichment! Being a self-administrative community with the support of 240 families, we are open to any kind of integration for the volunteer.

Selection Criteria:
The organization collects all applications until the deadline, then all applications that are complete will be forwarded to the responsible of the Waldorf nursery who decide about the candidate. The selection process takes about 1 month. You will get an answer during or latest after 2 months. We would like to see the following: Interest in working with children, autonomy, open-mindedness, own ideas. We are little focused on specific selection criteria, having a great potential of integration.
