Η ΕΛΙΞ προτείνει ένα πολύ ενδιαφέρον συχρηματοδοτούμενο πρόγραμμα του Ευρωπαϊκού Σώματος Αλληλεγγύης (ESC) μεγάλης διάρκειας που συντονίζει η γαλλική οργάνωση Compagnons Bâtisseurs με τίτλο “challenge misery by building and learning together’’.

Το πρόγραμμα θα πραγματοποιηθεί στις πόλεις Rennes και Montpellier στην Γαλλία και ξεκινάει ΑΜΕΣΑ.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Compagnons Bâtisseurs is a French NGO founded in 1957 in order to help people from the working class build their own homes. Since then, we have been working with people with low-income to help them improve their own living conditions through renovation work and workshops.

Social diversity: Compagnons Bâtisseurs activities involve the people of the community, French and international volunteers andemployees of the association.By supporting diversity, we aimto promote cultural understanding.

In particular the volunteer will:

Volunteers participate daily in the renovation work, under the supervision of a technical instructor. They also play an active role in organizing and implementing workshops related to housing for the community. Volunteers are also encouraged to take initiatives in local projects.

Opportunities for Volunteers

We support volunteers into playing an active role in the association and undertake responsibilities within the activities. Mobility: the volunteer is encouraged to move among the national network Training the ESC Agency and the association provide training sessions to support your volunteering experience and help you meet other volunteers.
