We are an organisation in Romania founded in 1993. Our purpose: to empower children, youth and adults to grow, learn and challenge their boundaries using non-formal experience-based outdoor education methods. Also: we like to work with people, to be in nature, to have fun while working and to challenge ourselves in order to understand ourselves and each other better. We are part of a huge global network, Outward Bound International - present in 35+ countries. Multiculturality is embeded in our organization, since we work together closely with our international family and the staff consists of people of Romanian and Hungarian ethnicity. To date, more than 40000 people have participated in our various and colourful courses.
Outward Bound Romania has a beautiful youth centre in Sovata, Mures County.
