Η ΕΛΙΞ εταίρος της Compagnons Batisseurs, η οποία υλοποιεί το εξαιρετικά σημαντικό Project "Supporting the national community of volunteers", κατά μήκος της Γαλλικής Επικράτειας. Το Πρόγραμμα απασχολεί κάθε χρόνο περί τους 200 εθελοντές, από τη Γαλλία και άλλες χώρες, οι οποίοι ενώνουν τις δυνάμεις τους για να υποστηρίξουν εργασίες ανακαίνισεις σε παλιά σπίτια, βελτιώνοντας τις συνθήκες διαβίωσης των κατοίκων διαφόρων γαλλικών πόλεων.

Αναζητούμε έναν (1) εθελοντή ο οποίος θα αναλάβει χρέη χειριστή social media, video editor και αρθρογράφου και ο οποίος θα καταγράφει την καθημερινότητα των υπολοίπων εθελοντών, στο πλαίσιο των εργασιών του Project. Θα διαμένει στην πόλη Rennes (Ρεν), στην περιοχή της Βρετάνης, ωστόσο λόγω της φύσης του Project θα έχει την ευκαιρία να ταξιδέψει σε διάφορες πόλεις ανά τη Γαλλία!

«Supporting the national community of volunteers» (8 month ESC project, from 15th february 2023)

Our national network

Our organization helps people facing difficulties to renovate their home. Our culture is based in concrete action, by doing and working together.

Compagnons Bâtisseurs France is a network of organizations implemented in different part of France that host around 200 volunteers each year (ESC and local volunteers under the French civic service).

• Concretely, volunteers do renovation workcamps, DIY workshop and have the opportunity to implement other solidarity project.
• Basically, as a national organization we coordinate as a team Compagnons Bâtisseurs network (for example in the communication field, in grant funding field, in new project...).

The ESC project: Supporting the volunteers teams and their online communication

Each year, around 200 young people from France and abroad volunteer within our network to help inhabitant to improve their living condition. They get involved for quite a long term (from 6 to 12 months) and some of them do specific project.

Our ESC volunteer precisely has to help them to manage those specific projects and to be a kind of communauty manager.

• For example, many of them become web reporter, they create and share multimedia content related to their daily life of vol-unteers (photo, video, article). Our ESC volunteer support them (eg workshop or training about video editing…) and manage social medias related to volunteers !
• Some of them choose to be member of the board organizations. They participate in the democratic life of Compagnons Bâtis-seurs, specifically through meetings where they are the mouthpiece of the other volunteers. Our ESC volunteer support them to understand the projects context and to participate to debates.

With the support of the national team, the ESC volunteer will create a lot of multimedia content.

As volunteers get involved all over France, the ESC volunteer has the possibility to travel a lot and discovers different cities. He/she’ll live in Rennes (Bretagne) close to the headquarters of the national organization with other international volunteers.

Acomodation: 100% provided by the hosting organization

Dates: from Mid-February 2023 (for 8 months)

Allowance : 468€ / month

Travel cost: up to 360€

Sending cost (for the sending organization): 510 €
