Η ΕΛΙΞ, εταίρος του εκπαιδευτικού προγράμματος "BE LOCAL", έχει εξασφαλίσει για εσάς και αναζητά 3 άτομα άνω των 18 χρονών που θα συμμετέχουν στο σεμινάριο που διοργανώνεται 14 με 22 Νοεμβρίου 2015 στο Liberec της Τσεχίας και συγχρηματοδοτείται από το Erasmus+.
Σκοπός του προγράμματος είναι η εκμάθηση και η εφαρμογή της μεθόδου "Open Space Technology" μια τεχνικής για την καθοδήγηση συναντήσεων.
Στο σεμινάριο οργανώνεται από την LOS και θα συμμετέχουν άτομα από την Πολωνία, Τσεχία, Ρουμανία, Σλοβενία, Ισπανία, Γεωργία, Τουρκία, Ουκρανία και φυσικά την Ελλάδα.

SHORT STORY ABOUT THE PROJECT IDEA
The entire project is based on participants‘ active approach. It interfaces both local and international activities.
The basic project’s principle is learning by experience. The participants will implement local events in Liberec, which will consolidate their knowledge acquired within the training. The Training will give participants the chance to learn to use the method of Open Space Technology, which will enable them to involve their local youth in decision-making process through innovative method of conference management.
In addition, the participants will be supported in creating new projects and building longterm partnerships and inspiration through www.localtobe.com, a web portal completed by examples of good practices from EU and partner countries.
PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS
For this training course is focused on concreate methodology of management of conferencies of Open Space.
We are looking for:
- Motivated participants which are in touch with the topic and have experience in youth groups
- Participants with basic skills of project management and experienced in youth work or non-formal education at least for 3 years
- Participants which are in touch with the topic in the project or they have chance to make such an event on their local level.
- able to communicate in English (B1 at least)
There is no age and gender limitation
PRELIMINARY PROGRAMME
- Day 0 – arrival, welcome evening ¨
- Day 1 - getting to know (each other, programme, fears, expectations),
- Day 2 – Citizenship and EU
- Day 3 – OST konference, Youth and decission making process
- Day 4 – Preparation of the konference, mid-term evaluation
- Day 5 – Open space konference made by participants
- Day 6 – Evaluation of OST, working on outcomes
Day 7 – learning evaluation, action planning
*Programme will be adapted up to the profile of the participants
VENUE
Participants will be living in a hotel close to the city centre (15 minutes by walk, 4 minutes by bus) with all kind of services close to the campus of University in Liberec. Rooms will be shared (2 pers. in one room) More info will come with Pax Guide.
REFUNDING OF TRAVEL EXPENSES
All participants can be refunded of their travel expenses until the limit stated further down. LOS will not refund during the project. All the travel costs will be reimbursed the earliest 3 months after the end of the training course. Please note that the process of reimbursement will be carried out directly with the partner organizations and not with the individual participants.
Participants must provide all their original travel documents (flight, train and shuttle tickets, boarding passes) to their own organisations.
Οικονομικά Στοιχεία
Το κόστος μετακινήσεων επιστρέφεται στους συμμετέχοντες μετά από την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος και αφού έχουν καταθέσει τα απαραίτητα χαρτιά (αποδείξεις, εισιτήρια, boarding pass, κλπ…). Σύμφωνα με τους νέους όρους του προγράμματος Erasmus+ και σύμφωνα με την χιλιομετρική απόσταση το ποσό επιστροφής είναι μέχρι 275€(*) για κάθε συμμετέχοντα.
*(It means that if you have a budget of 275€ and you spend 260€, you will receive all 260€, and in this case will be the 100% of the travel. Otherwise for example, if you spend 400€ with a budget of 275€, we will reimburse you up to 275€.)
Η διαμονή και η διατροφή των συμμετεχόντων καλύπτεται πλήρως από το πρόγραμμα.
Το ποσό συμμετοχής προς την ΕΛΙΞ είναι 75€ και 25€ πληρώνετε προς την τσέχικη οργάνωση LOS.
Ο κάθε συμμετέχοντας πρέπει να έχει ιδιωτική ασφάλιση κατά την διάρκεια του σεμιναρίου, καθώς δεν θα τους καλύπτει κάποιος δημόσιος φορέας κατά την παραμονή τους στην Τσεχία ή να είναι κάτοχος της Ευρωπαϊκής κάρτας Ασφάλισης Ασθενείας.
