Η ΕΛΙΞ, εταίρος του προγράμματος "Social entrepreneurship as one of the solutions to the European refugee crises", έχει εξασφαλίσει για εσάς και αναζητά 2 άτομα άνω των 18 χρονών που θα συμμετέχουν στο εκπαιδευτικό σεμινάριο που διοργανώνεται 18 με 26 Απριλίου 2017 στο Novi Sad της Σερβία και συγχρηματοδοτείται από το Erasmus+.

The training course: "Social entrepreneurship as one of the solutions to the European refugee crises" will be held in Novi Sad, Serbia in April 2017. We hereby kindly ask you to recruit participants from your organizations that will be able to participate at the training course, give back their knowledge and skills in the topics of the training course and contribute to the activity and in the follow-up activities.
The training course will take place in Serbia (Novi Sad) from 18th April (arrival in the afternoon) to 26th April (departure in the morning after the breakfast) 2017.
About the training course:
Project is developed for youth workers willing to act as multipliers and further develop (social) entrepreneurship skills of youngsters in communities and support establishment of different social enterprises by, with and for immigrants, refugees and other youth with fewer opportunities.
The core activity of the project is – 8 days long training course. It will be organised in the youth hostel in Novi Sad, Serbia from 18th till 26th April 2017. Project will gather 26 participants from 12 organisations and countries (Serbia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, Greece, Croatia, Italy, Montenegro, FYR Macedonia, Romania, Slovenia, Kosovo*).
Specific objectives:
- Share realities and experiences with discrimination, exclusion and marginalization of different groups (including migrants and refugees) in different European countries
- Promote acceptance of diversity and respect of Human Rights in Europe
- Share and inspire ideas for new creative/innovative social enterprises with/for immigrants, refugees and other marginalised groups
- Explore social entrepreneurship concepts, stakeholders and supporters and links between social entrepreneurship and inclusion
- Inspire and encourage youth workers to act as social change agents in their local community
- Introduce appreciative inquiry as a way to approach the local reality and initiate new ideas
- Further developing participants' competences for and developing new projects and future European level cooperation among partners with the topic of social entrepreneurship with/for immigrants, refugees and other marginalised groups
Training course is based on the approach, principles and methods of non-formal education. The language of the training course will be English.
The participants should fulfil the following criteria:
- Active youth workers willing to apply and multiply the knowledge received on this training course
- Willing to take action in the field of employability, social entrepreneurship, inclusion and acceptance of diversity of immigrants, refugees and other youth with fewer opportunities, setting up the international and local NFE projects
- Willing to enter into partnerships with other participants
- Able to attend and be active during the entire duration of the training course
- Able to communicate and work in English
Travel and visa costs reimbursement
Travel costs will be reimbursed only for the cheapest way of transport and preferably for the return tickets. Travel expenses are covered by the organizers 100% up to the maximum of unit cost per distance calculator and means of travel, including bank transfer and other appropriate fees (for all the original tickets and ways of travel that are plane, bus, train or ferry, NOT taxi and NOT car). For distances less than 500 km one way, the preferable means of transport are land transportations, such as train and/or bus. If other mean of transport is selected for such travels, e.g. airplane, those will be reimbursed 60% of airfare, in accordance with the principle of environmental awareness and protection.
Participants must keep all travel documents (tickets, travel agency invoices and boarding passes) as organizers are able to make any reimbursement only on the bases of presented documents!
The travel reimbursement will be done by bank transfers after you return home and send us the ORIGINAL boarding passes and tickets (and after you submit/send us the filled in evaluation forms of the training course). When you are buying a ticket, ask for additional bill as well, if possible!
Please don’t buy your tickets before we approve them! When you will plan your trip and BEFORE buying your tickets, especially if your planned travel itineraries are different than 18th – 26th April 2017, please inform us in advance, so we can approve your tickets and travel costs. Also, if you travel from elsewhere than the town and country of the sending organisation partner in this project, please, inform us, as we need to approve it as well. Thanks a lot in advance!
When planning your trip have in mind that there are some cheap flights to Belgrade airport, but you can also travel to Budapest airport as well, and from there take a minibus or train to Novi Sad.
We expect participants to arrive to the hostel in Novi Sad no later than 19:30 hrs on 18th April 2017, so please do plan your flights accordingly.
ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΚΑ ΣΤΟΙΧΕΙΑ
Το κόστος των μετακινήσεων κάθε συμμετέχοντα στο πρόγραμμα αυτό επιδοτείται μέχρι του ποσού των 275€(*), σύμφωνα με τους όρους και τους κανόνες του Erasmus+. Οι συμμετέχοντες λαμβάνουν την επιδότηση αυτή μετά από την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος και αφού έχουν καταθέσει τα απαραίτητα δικαιολογητικά (αποδείξεις, εισιτήρια, boarding pass, κλπ…).
(*: Επεξήγηση: αν λοιπόν το συνολικό κόστος των εισιτηρίων σου, αεροπορικά, μετρό, λεωφορεία, κλπ (όχι ΤΑΞΙ) φτάσει τα 250€ τότε θα λάβεις 250€ άρα θα επιδοτηθεί το 100% του κόστους των μετακινήσεων σου. Αν το συνολικό κόστος φτάσει τα 300€ τότε θα λάβεις το μέγιστο της επιδότησης τα 275€.)
Η διαμονή και η διατροφή των συμμετεχόντων καλύπτεται πλήρως από το πρόγραμμα.
Το ποσό συμμετοχής προς την ΕΛΙΞ είναι 100€.
Ο κάθε συμμετέχοντας θα πρέπει να έχει ιδιωτική ασφάλιση κατά την διάρκεια της συνάντησης καθώς δεν θα τους καλύπτει κάποιος δημόσιος φορέας κατά την παραμονή τους στην Σερβία ή να είναι κάτοχος της Ευρωπαϊκής κάρτας Ασφάλισης Ασθενείας.
