Μέσω της ΕΛΙΞ, μπορείς να δηλώσεις συμμετοχή στο εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα στη Γαλλία, με όνομα "LABORATORY OF EXPERIENCES: CREATING TOOLS TO WORK WITH YOUTH!", το οποίο διοργανώνεται από την Οργάνωση SEM&VOL, οργάνωση αντιπρόσωπο της Solidarites Jeunesses. Στο πλαίσιο του Προγράμματος οι νέοι αναπτύσσουν κοινά εργαλεία και μεθοδολογίες, αναπτύσσουν τα soft skills, σε μια κοινή προσπάθεια για την ενίσχυση του ρόλου των Οργανώσεων της Νεολαίας, ως φορείς πρωτοβουλιών για συλλογικές δράσεις. Το Πρόγραμμα θα βασιστεί σε μεθόδους Μη Τυπικής Εκπαίδευσης, με ταυτόχρονη δημιουργία δυναμικών ομάδων που θα βασίζονται στην εμπιστοσύνη και το σεβασμό.

Μεταξύ άλλων το Project περιλαμβάνει :

• Προσομοίωση workcamps
• Εκπαίδευση για youth leaders
• Εκπαίδευση εθελοντών

Αναζητούμε τρεις (3) συμμετέχοντες, ηλικίας 18 ετών και άνω, με εμπειρία σε εργασία με νέους ανθρώπους (youth workers)

Αναλυτικότερα για το LABORATORY OF EXPERIENCES Project :

The training will gather 20 Youth Workers (over 18 years old) supported by 3 trainers who will present, through workshops, the different approaches to build collective tools to act and work with young people.

This project follows a local initiative to construct and get in dialogue with young people in the area. It is focused on the topic of creating tools and sharing methodologies in a context of intercultural diversity and presents itself as a laboratory of experiences and creation. In 2022, the idea was to create together tools and workshops to promote mobility. For 2023, we want to focus on the valorisation of mobility experiences :

How do we accompany a young person's path?

Through this training we aim to strengthen the role of youth organizations as actors of initiatives on collective construction and "doing together". The objective of this meeting is for the participants to reflect on how to accompany people in a personal pathway, to enhance and optimize the mobility experience.

The methodology of the training will rely on nonformal education, collective and creative intelligence, and the trainer's team will be careful to alternate between theoretical contributions and practical inputs. Innovative and participatory methods will also be used so as to create a group dynamic based on confidence and respect.

As a result of this training, the participants will have an important multiplier role in that they will be able to use the methods developed in the tool laboratory.

They will notably animate mobility workshops during the training for youth leaders, volunteers (ESC, Civic Service volunteers,...) with their target audience and / or project coordination teams, or during the various activities (international volunteer workcamps, youth exchanges, European Voluntary Service, etc.).

Practical Arrangements and Info :

Travel reimbursement is provided up to the ERASMUS+ travel budget grants. 

Accomodation will be in collective rooms, food and training materials are provided. 

Participants profile: 18+, Youth workers, social worker working with young people, experience in mobility projects desired

The association Sem&Vol, affiliated to Solidarités Jeunesses, works towards :

• the voluntary participation of all in social life – at local, national and international levels,

The association is also expanding the action of the National Movement of Solidarités Jeunesses in the Dordogne, supporting the momentum in favour of rural life, in order to allow as many people as possible to :

• actively contribute to the development of their region (cultural heritage, heritage sites, environment, social life, …),
• take part in national and international mobility programs (short-, medium and long-term volunteering),
• have access to diverse cultural and intercultural practices (territory development, presence of international volunteers, european exchanges),
• benefit from the resulting dynamic atmosphere which encourages people to get involved in other projects and actions adapted to the Périgord (the Dordogne),
• connect with people, create new openings and broaden theirs horizons.

Υπόλοιπα Οικονομικά Στοιχεία

Η διαμονή και η διατροφή καλύπτονται πλήρως από τους διοργανωτές.

Τα αεροπορικά εισιτήρια μπορείτε να κλείστε ΜΟΝΟ καθώς έχετε λάβει γραπτή επιβεβαίωση της συμμετοχής σας στο πρόγραμμα από την ΕΛΙΞ.

Το κόστος μετακινήσεων επιστρέφεται στους συμμετέχοντες μετά από την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος μέσω τραπεζικής κατάθεσης και αφού έχουν καταθέσει τα απαραίτητα αποδεικτικά (αποδείξεις, εισιτήρια, boarding pass, κλπ…). Σύμφωνα με τους νέους όρους του προγράμματος Erasmus+ και σύμφωνα με την χιλιομετρική απόσταση το ποσό επιστροφής είναι 360€ για κάθε συμμετέχοντα.

*(It means that if you have a budget of 360€ and you spend 300€, you will receive all 300€, and in this case it will be the 100% of the travel. Otherwise for example, if you spend 400€ with a budget of 360€, you will receive up to 360€.)

Οι συμμετέχοντες καλούνται να συμπληρώσουν την ατομική αξιολόγηση (EU Survey) μετά από το πέρας του προγράμματος.

Το ποσό συμμετοχής που καλύπτει μέρος των λειτουργικών και διοικητικών εξόδων της οργάνωσης ΕΛΙΞ είναι 100€.
