Η ΕΛΙΞ, εταίρος του προγράμματος ανταλλαγής νέων με τίτλο "A Sustainable Break" διάρκειας 21 ημερών, που φιλοξενείται από την οργάνωση Solidarites Jeunesses, αναζητά 4 συμμετέχοντες ηλικίας 18 έως 30 ετών και έναν/μια αρχηγό ηλικίας 18+ προκειμένου να συμμετέχουν στο πρόγραμμα που θα πραγματοποιηθεί από τις 6 έως τις 27 Αυγούστου 2022 στην Γαλλία στην Beaumotte – Aubertans μεταξύ των πόλεων Besancon και Vesoul.
Μέσα στα πλαίσια του προγράμματος θα πραγματοποιηθεί επίσης μια προπαρασκευαστική επίσκεψη στις 11 έως 12 Ιουνίου από τον αρχηγό της ομάδας και έναν εθελοντή.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The aim of this project is to reunite youngsters from 4 countries who are interested in sustainable development as a lifestyle. The purpose of this project is to become more conscious that our personal and collective behaviors have an impact on the environment, that we are all interdependent, and to find solution in our daily life to be more responsible, to show solidarity and to protect our resources. It will be a time to question, exchange and learn about sustainable development and concrete alternatives that can be use in our daily life.
ACTIVITIES
Mornings will be dedicated to manual activities. Youngsters will work on different activities:
Gardening, organic and local cooking, home and personal care products fabrication, solar cooker and bike washing machine fabrication…
Participants will question their own way of consuming and will learn how to make daily useful objects and products in an ecological way.
Afternoons will be dedicated to:
- Intercultural workshops
- Reflexion time, documentary projections and debates on sustainable development
- Discovering local heritage and people.
Everybody will take part in the collective life: cooking meals, cleaning, preparing activities for the night…
Additional activities:
- Canoeing, hikes, festival, …
- Activities proposed by the participants
- International dinner with the local community
In a dynamic of non-formal education, participants will be able “to make and to live together” and each participant will be responsible for the daily life of the group. This tool is very important for a real encounter: youngsters will elaborate their own menus, cook in groups, do the cleaning, and organize their activities. The exchanges at cooking time, household, or at the time of the meals together and the leisure activities will be the base of the interculturality of this project.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
The participants will be accommodated in our center of “Beaumotte”. They will sleep in tents. They will have access to the bathroom in the Center as well as the kitchen and dining room. Dry toilets can be used.
- As the project takes place in a rural area, WIFI access will be limited.
- The minibus of the center will be at the participants disposal for various trips (visit of other associations, leisure…).
FINANCIAL CONDITIONS
Travel fees will be partially reimbursed according to the Erasmus + distance calculator:
• up to 180€ (between 100 and 499 km)
• up to 275€ (between 500 and 1999 km)
For the preliminary visit, travel fees will be fully reimbursed. The original travel proofs should be transmitted to the host for reimbursement request.
ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΚΑ ΣΤΟΙΧΕΙΑ
Η διαμονή και η διατροφή καλύπτονται πλήρως από τους διοργανωτές.
Το κόστος μετακινήσεων επιστρέφεται στους συμμετέχοντες μετά από την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος και αφού έχουν καταθέσει τα απαραίτητα δικαιολογητικά (αποδείξεις, εισιτήρια, boarding pass, κλπ.…). Σύμφωνα με τους όρους του προγράμματος Erasmus+, το μέγιστο ποσό που καλύπτεται για τα μεταφορικά είναι μέχρι 360€(*) για κάθε συμμετέχοντα.
*(It means that if you have a budget of 360€ and you spend 200€, you will receive all 200€, and in this case will be 100% of the travel. Otherwise for example, if you spend 300€ with a budget of 360€, we will reimburse you up to 360€.)
Το ποσό συμμετοχής που καλύπτει μέρος των λειτουργικών και διοικητικών εξόδων της οργάνωσης ΕΛΙΞ είναι 50€.
