Η ΕΛΙΞ, εταίρος του προγράμματος ανταλλαγής νέων με τίτλο "Mobility, Motion, Movie" που φιλοξενείται από την οργάνωση Solidarites Jeunesses, αναζητά 4 συμμετέχοντες ηλικίας 18 έως 30 ετών και έναν αρχηγό ηλικίας 20 έως 30 ετών προκειμένου να συμμετέχουν στο πρόγραμμα που θα πραγματοποιηθεί από τις 13 έως τις 26 Σεπτεμβριου 2015 στο Poitou-Charentes της Γαλλίας.
Στην ανταλλαγή θα συμμετέχουν 20 νέοι από 4 χώρες: Ελλάδα, Εσθονία, Γαλλία και Τουρκία.
BACKGROUND OF THE PROJECT: ASSOCIATION « LA MAISON DES BATELEURS »
This Regional Delegation has been created in 1993 through the organisation of international workcamps. In 1996, the association has been invited by the local authority of Montendre to settle in the village in order to foster its actions and its impacts on the territory. “La Maison des Bateleurs” was born like that, after two years of renovation and work thanks to the volunteers and the local community. The place hosts since this time Solidarités Jeunesses Poitou-Charentes. Since then this place is dedicated to diversity, wishing to host lot of people from different backgrounds through several kinds of action (events, international workcamp, inclusion workcamp, etc.). Today, this site is able to host 30 persons. 8 volunteers are there all year long and the others are short term volunteers, interns, employees and participants to inclusion camp according to the season.
PROJECT
“Mobility, Motion, Movie” is a youth mobility exchange for youth European. It aims to facilitate the meeting between young people from different cultures and socio-professional backgrounds, to work all together on mobility and intercultural concepts.
All the participants will produce collectively a video as a communication tool about volunteering and mobility projects in order to make young people aware of the various opportunities of mobility offered to them and what are the benefits to young people who live a mobility experience.
OBJECTIVES
- To develop body and language expression skills
- To acquire knowledge about and exchange on the process of producing a video
- To allow the intercultural meeting
- To exchange about the concepts of mobility, Europe and citizenship
- To acquire knowledge relative to the Erasmus + programme
SCHEDULE AND TASKS
The course of this project is planned in 2 phases:
Week 1: The first week will be dedicated to workshops body language and self-expression in order to become aware of your body, and on speaking exercises that will allow for the later, common work on the staging of the video.
Week 2: The second week will be devoted to the realization of the video. The participant will learn the various steps and techniques of video-making (shooting, directing, editing ...)
All the workshop will be led by theatre and video professionals.
The program of the day will be from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, with the possibility of modification.
GROUP
The group will be composed by 20 participants (from Estonia, France, Greece and Turkey). They will be between 18 and 30 years old. Several activity leaders will take care of the group, the activities and of the atmosphere in the group.
They will support the daily life of the group (management of the budget, schedule, activities outside of the workplace and free time, leisure, etc.). You will be in charge, by your own with the group, of cleaning and cooking: bring with you recipes from your culture/country.
Regarding languages of the project: most of the time, it is English and French.
BE AWARE ABOUT
Even if the workcamp takes place close to Bordeaux, this is not a tourist travel! If you wish to go to visit places, cities around and travel through France, you must do it before or after the project. During the project, you will stay with all the participants and inhabitants to enjoy local leisure and intercultural experience.
ACCOMODATION
The project will take place in the little village of Montendre in the region Poitou-Charentes. The participants will be hosted in a typical regional house renovated during an international workcamp. Since 1995, La Maison des Bateleurs has been a hosting center for international volunteers. The organisation welcomes around 8 volunteers per year so the participants will have the opportunity to spend time, live and share meals with them.
The participants will be accommodated in 2 dormitories of 10 people with bunk beds. There is a communal bathroom with showers and toilets. (It is not a hotel)
A sheet and a blanket are provided on each bed, but please bring your own towel.
As “working together” is the main topic of the project and also the focus of la Maison des Bateleurs, the participants will be invited to take part in the preparation of the meals, in small groups in turns.
All participants will be asked to help in the housework to keep the place tidy, as there is no “cleaning staff”.
REFUNDING OF TRAVEL EXPENSES
All participants can be refunded of their travel expenses. Participants must provide all their original travel documents (flight, train and shuttle tickets, boarding passes) to their own organisations. We will not refund during the project. Refunding will be done by bank transfer to your organisations after the project according to the travel documents we have received.
Οικονομικά στοιχεία:
Η διαμονή και η διατροφή καλύπτονται πλήρως από τους διοργανωτές.
Το κόστος μετακινήσεων επιστρέφεται στους συμμετέχοντες μετά από την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος και αφού έχουν καταθέσει τα απαραίτητα δικαιολογητικά (αποδείξεις, εισιτήρια, boarding pass, κλπ…). Σύμφωνα με τους όρους του νέου προγράμματος Erasmus+, το μέγιστο ποσό που καλύπτεται για τα μεταφορικά είναι μέχρι 270€ για κάθε συμμετέχοντα.
Το ποσό συμμετοχής προς την ΕΛΙΞ είναι 50€.
