Η ΕΛΙΞ, εταίρος του προγράμματος "MotivACTION" που φιλοξενεί η οργάνωση Associazione Culturale Strauss, έχει εξασφαλίσει για εσάς 2 θέσεις και αναζητά άτομα (άνω των 18 χρονών) που επιθυμούν να συμμετέχουν στο Εκπαιδευτικό Σεμινάριο που διοργανώνεται στο Nicolosi της Σικελίας, από τις 10 ως τις 17 Ιουνίου 2015.
Στο training course θα συμμετέχουν νέοι από 18 χώρες της Ευρώπης.
Λίγα λόγια για το πρόγραμμα:
"MotivACTION" is a Training Course based on the aim to develop motivational skills of youth exchange leaders in towards young participants, stimulating their active participation. The empowerment of leaders of various NGOs will increase the quality of youth exchanges and youth projects through the research for appropriate models of motivation.
The main idea underlying the project involves the development of different forms of motivation that let the leader become not a teacher or a mentor, but a facilitator who knows how to motivate and engage young people.
The project will implement an international training course based on non-formal education methods, which aims to:
- Promote and facilitate the active approach to construct adequate models of motivation
- Achieve the results of the project and disseminate them, using the experience gained in everyday life, in local organizations or in international projects
- Increase the understanding of the role of leader in youth exchanges, youth projects and increase knowledge on personal and professional development in youth work and other fields
- Facilitate reflection and self‐evaluation on the personal motivation to be a leader
- Build capacities and creative communication, support intercultural exchange, mutual understanding between young people in different countries, through the new competencies and skills gained will help to improve the quality of youth projects
- Work on the skills that are key to active participation among young people
PARTICIPANTS: 2 participants (18+) per organization, able to communicate in English, they need to be youth workers and young people interested in becoming youth leaders, who are willing to apply and multiply the knowledge received on this training course and willing to share the new knowledge with the members of their organization once they get back
ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΚΑ ΣΤΟΙΧΕΙΑ:
Η Διαμονή (Hotel Biancaneve) - http://www.hotel-biancaneve.com/ και η διατροφή των συμμετεχόντων καλύπτονται πλήρως από το πρόγραμμα.
Το κόστος μετακινήσεων επιστρέφεται στους συμμετέχοντες μετά από την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος και αφού έχουν καταθέσει τα απαραίτητα χαρτιά (αποδείξεις, εισιτήρια, boarding pass, κλπ…). Σύμφωνα με τους νέους όρους του προγράμματος Erasmus+ το ποσό επιστροφής είναι μέχρι 275€(*) για κάθε συμμετέχοντα. Αεροδρόμιο άφιξης πρέπει να είναι Catania Fontanarossa.
*(It means that if you have a budget of 275€ and you spend 200€, you will receive all 200€, and in this case will be the 100% of the travel. Otherwise for example, if you spend 360€ with a budget of 275€, we will reimburse you up to 275€.)
Το ποσό συμμετοχής προς την ΕΛΙΞ είναι 75€ και 25€ πληρώνετε προς την Ιταλική οργάνωση Arci Strauss.
