Πρόταση της ΕΛΙΞ για πρόγραμμα κατάρτισης με θέμα "Breaking out of the bubble!" στην Τσεχία

Η ΕΛΙΞ, εταίρος του προγράμματος για νέους με θέμα "Breaking out of the bubble!" έχει εξασφαλίσει για εσάς και αναζητά 3 νέους 18 - 25 ετών ώστε να συμμετέχουν στο εκπαιδευτικό σεμινάριο νέων που θα πραγματοποιηθεί από τις 16 έως τις 24 Ιουνίου στο Vesela / Mnichovo Hradiste, της Τσεχίας.

Στην συνάντηση θα συμμετέχουν 24 νέοι από 6 χώρες, Ελλάδα, Τσεχία, Πολωνία, Ισπανία, και Εσθονία. Το βασικό θέμα του σεμιναρίου είναι η εκπαίδευση των συμμετεχόντων στην δημιουργία δράσεων σε τοπικές κοινωνίες.

Some international youth projects seem to happen "inside a glass bubble". Participants share learning experience that is intensive and interesting but it is often isolated from the local community that they can see outside "the bubble". This means that they miss an important intercultural experience – a wonderful opportunity to get to know the everyday life of the local community. The people from the local community also miss out because they don’t get the chance to challenge stereotypes or interact with people from different cultures – and for some, this may be the only chance they have (as they would never travel abroad). How can we widen the horizons and improve the understanding of both: local community members and participants?

How can we improve the connections between participants of international youth projects (youth exchanges, trainings, evs, transnational youth initiatives) and the local communities in which those projects happen?

How can "locals", and international participants communicate when they often do not know a common metadata?

How to connect? Where to connect? Who to connect with? What is the aim? What are the benefits?
Planned interaction with local community (learning by doing):
Visit to kindergarten, common sport activities, intercultural evening, preparation of the festival and activities during festival itself.

Main tools and methods:
Experiential learning, showing how to work with local potential, street art, theatre, humour, creative manual work.

LEARNING OUTCOMES FOR PARTICIPANTS
- How to work in an international team
- How to discover the potential of your local community
- How to plan interactions with a local community during youth projects
- Getting to know different methods of interaction (happening, festival, intercultural evening, visits to schools, kindergartens other institutions, meetings with politicians, sport)
- How to prepare and implement a festival organized by an international group and local community

Practical skills and competences of non verbal animations:
- Performance skills and interaction with the public
- Juggling and making juggling balls out of rice and balloons
- Making "linoryt” – a technique of graphic design
- Face painting
- Children’s animation
- Any other creative ideas that come to mind

This training course is a follow up of the first youth exchange which happened in June 2012: “Don’t worry, be happy”, during which participants helped to prepare (and also took part in) the 1st edition of the festival of humour

Οικονομικά στοιχεία:
Η διαμονή και η διατροφή καλύπτονται πλήρως από του διοργανωτές.
Το 70% του κόστους μετακινήσεων επιστρέφει στους συμμετέχοντες μετά από την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος και αφού έχουν καταθέσει τα απαραίτητα χαρτιά (αποδείξεις, εισιτήρια, boarding pass, κλπ…). Το ποσό αυτό σύμφωνα με του όρους των προγραμμάτων της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης δεν μπορεί να ξεπερνά ένα άνω όριο όπου για αυτό το πρόγραμμα είναι:

Το ποσό συμμετοχής προς την ΕΛΙΞ είναι 100€.

Το προφίλ των συμμετεχόντων: Νέοι ηλικίας 18 έως 25 ετών με ισχυρό ενδιαφέρον στο θέμα του προγράμματος, με διάθεση για την ανταλλαγή απόψεων. Δεν χρειάζεται να έχουν προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχα προγράμματα. Ένα πρόγραμμα ανταλλαγής νέων δεν αποτελεί ένα πρόγραμμα διακοπών.
