Πρόταση της ΕΛΙΞ για Εκπαιδευτικό Πρόγραμμα με θέμα " HUMAN RIGHTS – Learning and Training" στην Αρμενία  4 - 11/10/2013

Η ΕΛΙΞ, εταίρος του προγράμματος με θέμα "HUMAN RIGHTS – Learning and Training" που φιλοξενεί η οργάνωση Republican Headquarters of Student Brigades - Voluntary Service of Armenia (HUJ), έχει εξασφαλίσει για εσάς 3 θέσεις και αναζητά άτομα (άνω των 18 χρονών) που επιθυμούν να συμμετέχουν στο Εκπαιδευτικό Σεμινάριο που διοργανώνεται στην Ερεβάν την Αρμενίας, από τις 4 - 11 Οκτωβρίου 2013.

Στην συνάντηση θα συμμετέχουν νέοι από την 12 χώρες της Ευρώπης.

Λίγα λόγια για το πρόγραμμα:
Project Description: Human rights, being one of the major issues in today’s world, are of great significance. And the voluntary service activities play the biggest role in Human Rights education. During last years a lot of short and long term voluntary projects were addressed to Human Rights issues: non-violence, non-discrimination, equality, access to education, access to environmental healthy life etc. The voluntary activities take place almost everywhere in the world, but until now there were no systematic approach to prepare young people who run these projects. This Training Course aims to put the necessary basics for improving quality and educational part of voluntary projects.

Especially there is a huge necessity of preparing, training and teaching young people from Eastern Partnership countries and ensure the exchange of experience with European countries on the issues of human rights, so that they could apply and pass their knowledge and practical skills to a larger number of people in their home countries and organizations.

This 6-days training course aims  to develop a common systematic approach to Human Rights education among the organizations working in the field of volunteering and to increase awareness on human rights among young people from different countries. It will have a big impact on International voluntary service movement in general and particularly it will help to improve the human rights situation in post soviet, former socialistic countries through beneficial exchange between participants of EU countries and countries of Eastern Partnership.

The specific objectives are to:
- Raise active knowledge on human rights (HR) among young people from EU and EECA and prompt its importance for the future of Europe and Neighbouring countries;
- Reflect on the role of Volunteering in promotion and improvement of HR and find practical examples;
- Create recommendations (a sort of Toolkit) for NGOs and for Youth leaders to promote HR Education through voluntary activities in their communities and countries;
- Establish mentor-ship and peer-to-peer support system in order to monitor and to help the realization of each other's projects;
- Promote non violent communication, inclusion and active participation;
- Provide a chance to learn in multicultural background.

Working methods:
Generally, our methods will be rather non-formal, non-frontal and participative. The methods are chosen in a way to allow for a maximum of substantial learning effects, meet the needs of the group and encourage a high identification and ownership of the participants with the content and process of the training.

- Participation in the concert of Armenian folk instruments ensemble
- Armenian dancing lessons
- Intercultural Evening
- Tour in the center of Yerevan /on foot/
- Farewell party

Οικονομικά στοιχεία:
Η διαμονή και η διατροφή καλύπτονται πλήρως από του διοργανωτές.

Tο 70% του κόστους μετακινήσεων επιστρέφει στους συμμετέχοντες μετά από την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος και αφού έχουν καταθέσει τα απαραίτητα χαρτιά (αποδείξεις, εισιτήρια, boarding pass, κλπ…). Το ποσό αυτό σύμφωνα με του όρους των προγραμμάτων της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης δεν μπορεί να ξεπερνά ένα άνω όριο όπου για αυτό το πρόγραμμα είναι:
