Εκπαιδευτικό Πρόγραμμα Κατάρτισης από την ΕΛΙΞ στην Τσεχία

Η ΕΛΙΞ αναζητά 2 ενδιαφερόμενους για να συμμετέχουν στο πρόγραμμα κατάρτισης με θέμα "meet your borders training course on using living library in cross border areas". Είναι ένα πρόγραμμα κατάρτισης που απευθύνονται στους ανθρώπους που ασχολούνται ενεργά στο χώρο της νεολαίας. Θα συμμετέχουν 11 χώρες Σλοβακία, Τσεχία, Πολώνια, Γερμανία, Εσθονία, Λιθουανία, Πορτογαλία, Σλοβενία, Ισπανία,  Ελλάδα και Ρουμανία.

Στόχος του προγράμματος είναι να εκπαιδεύσει και να εφοδιάσει τους συμμετέχοντες  με κατάλληλα εργαλεία μάθησης, για διασυνοριακές και διαπολιτισμικές δράσεις και ιδιαιτέρως με το εργαλείο της «ζωντανής βιβλιοθήκης» (human library) που θα τους βοηθήσει να βελτιώσουν την ποιότητα σχεδιασμού και υλοποίησης των προγραμμάτων που έχουν σε συνεργασία με γειτονικά κράτη (cross-border cooperation).

ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ: There are different borders. Between countries, between ... between people. In reality of the cross border areas the physical borders no more exist. But what stayed are the borders in peoples head. metadata can be the border as well. What are the ways in which neighbors can forget about political borders? What can help them to really understand each other?

Through 7 days of the training we want to discover the potential of cross border cooperation and share with participants our experience of using human library (living library) as a tool for breaking national stereotypes.

ΣΥΜΜΕΤΕΧΟΝΤΕΣ: Two participants from each country/partner organisation are participating in the programme
• young people from cross border areas
• youth leaders or youth workers with at least 1 year of experience of youth work (actively working with young people as a professional or voluntary);
• youth leaders that want to apply for projects within the Youth in Action Programme in the future;
• participants that have an active attitude;
• ideally in the age 18-30

ΠΡΟΕΤΟΙΜΑΣIA:
Prepare yourself
• for nice and effective work in multicultural environment
• for a programme tailored to focus on various aspects of cross-border cooperation, with the particular focus on Living Library methodology
• to organize your own Living Library during the training course (to get to know not only theory, but actually try it out in practice)

FACTS:
Στους συμμετέχοντες επιστρέφετε το 70% των ταξιδιωτικών εξόδων μετά από την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος και αφού έχουν καταθέσει τα απαραίτητα χαρτιά μέχρι το ποσό των 280€. 
Επιπλέον υπάρχει ποσό συμμετοχής 20€ προς την οργάνωση LOS – Τσεχία και 80€ inscription fee στην ΕΛΙΞ για να κατοχυρώσουν την θέση στο πρόγραμμα.
Η διαμονή και η διατροφή καλύπτονται πλήρως από την διοργανώτρια οργάνωση.
