Η ΕΛΙΞ, εταίρος του προγράμματος με θέμα "TEEN IN ACTION!! - Methods and tools for teenagers’ projects" που φιλοξενεί η οργάνωση Grenzenlos, έχει εξασφαλίσει για εσάς 2 θέσεις και αναζητά άτομα (άνω των 18 χρονών) που επιθυμούν να συμμετέχουν στο Εκπαιδευτικό Σεμινάριο που διοργανώνεται στην Βιέννη, από τις 9 - 16 Φεβρουαρίου 2014.

Το σεμινάριο έχει σαν σκοπό να εκπαιδεύσει νέους που εμπλέκονται ή εργάζονται σε δράσεις που αφορούν εφήβους, ώστε να ενδυναμώσει, να αναπτύξει και να προωθήσει προγράμματα που τους αφορούν.

Αναλυτικότερα για το εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα:

Grenzenlos - intercultural exchanges is organizing and arranging a 6 days (excluding travel days) international training course about how to support our trainers and youth leaders for teenagers/ projects in the context of the Youth in Action programme.

We are going to discuss about the needs, expectations and special methods for teenagers' projects, tools to find local partners to organise teen projects as well as to promote teen projects in their countries.

Another aim of this training is to learn how a teenage project has to be organised from the very first beginning till the evaluation phase and to have a well trained trainer team for a TEEN project to show the parents (they are as well target group when it comes to working with teenagers) that we are working on a high quality level.

We are going to involve 22 participants from 9 countries: Austria, Czech Republic, France, Italy, Greece, Romania, Spain, Latvia and Estonia.

Main theme of the training course

The main aim of the training is to:

• Develop tools and support measures for teenagers on the topic of human rights and how to become an active citizen.
• Train youth workers/group leaders/organisations on how to run a project for teenagers which includes:

1. 1. preparation of a project
   2. legal background
   3. specific methods
   4. communication & conflict management tools
   5. evaluation tools

• Risk prevention
• To disseminate within the participants international policies on volunteering.
• Create a place to exchange methods and experiences among organisations.
• To support organizations in the development and implementation of teens projects
• Get new inputs

We will use methods of non-formal education and except an active participation of the participants.

Οικονομικά στοιχεία:

Η διαμονή και η διατροφή καλύπτονται πλήρως από του διοργανωτές.

Tο 70% του κόστους μετακινήσεων επιστρέφει στους συμμετέχοντες μετά από την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος και αφού έχουν καταθέσει τα απαραίτητα χαρτιά (αποδείξεις, εισιτήρια, boarding pass, κλπ…). Το ποσό αυτό σύμφωνα με του όρους των προγραμμάτων της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης δεν μπορεί να ξεπερνά ένα άνω όριο όπου για αυτό το πρόγραμμα είναι:
