ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ:
LCEducational is organising a training course under Action 3.1 – Cooperation with the Neighbouring Countries of the European Union within the framework of the Youth in Action programme. The TC ‘Our Culture-Culture for All’ is taking place in Cyprus, Limassol, from 15/06-21/06/2012.
ΘΕΜΑΤΑ ΣΥΝΑΝΤΗΣΗΣ:
- Multiculturalism
- Interculturalism
- Equality-parity
- Cultural Issues
ΣΤΟΧΟΙ:
- To introduce participants to various skills based on interculturalism with emphasis on how interculturality is a key component to build a universal culture and to coexist peacefully all together.
- To discuss and analyze the way that issues of equality affect the lives of people from European Countries and neighboring countries
- To analyze the major obstacles to a build a culture based on multiculturalism-interculturalism and equality.
- Participants to actively self-experience with different educational approaches such as the Reciprocal Maieutic Approach, Creative Thinking techniques, Forum Theatre and other non-formal learning methodologies,
- To encourage the process of collective exploration
- To provide a frame for intercultural exchange and mutual reflection on the role of youth in promoting interculturalism in each society
ΠΡΟΦΙΛ ΣΥΜΜΕΤΕΧΟΝΤΩΝ:
Two participants from each participating country (Armenia, Cyprus, Estonia, France, FYROM, Greece, Israel, Russia, Serbia, Spain), that are youth workers, young volunteers, youth trainers and/or youth leaders in the age of 18-30 years.
FACTS:
Η διαμονή και η διατροφή καλύπτονται από την διοργανώτρια οργάνωση. Οι συμμετέχοντες επιβαρύνονται με το 30% των ταξιδιωτικών εξόδων καθώς και με το ποσό συμμετοχής των 100€.
Applicants are requested NOT to make any travel arrangements since the organizer of the TC, LCEducational, will be in charge of all the travel arrangements and inform the sending organizations.
