Η ΕΛΙΞ, εταίρος του προγράμματος ανταλλαγής νέων με τίτλο "Act as you can" διάρκειας 10 ημερών, που φιλοξενείται από την οργάνωση Concordia, αναζητά 5 συμμετέχοντες ηλικίας 18 έως 30 ετών και έναν/μια αρχηγό ηλικίας 18+ προκειμένου να συμμετέχουν στο πρόγραμμα που θα πραγματοποιηθεί από τις 9 έως τις 19 Αυγούστου 2019 στην Γαλλία στην περιοχή Gironde, Nouvelle Aquitaine.
H/O αρχηγός/επικεφαλής για την συγκεκριμένη ανταλλαγή νέων θα πρέπει να μπορεί να συμμετέχει στην προπαρασκευαστική συνάντηση (APV - Advance Plan Visit), που θα πραγματοποιηθεί στην Γαλλία από τις 27 έως 28 Μαΐου 2019. Η προθεσμία για αιτήσεις για επικεφαλής στις 2 Μαΐου 2019.

BACKGROUND OF THE PROJECT
A youth exchange is a non-formal group meeting of young Europeans with educational purposes and requires the involvement of young participants in all stages of the project. Working methods include interactive workshops, brainstorming sessions, outdoor games, discussions, presentations, debates, energizers, etc. An interactive methodology using the tools encouraged by non-formal education will be used in order to stimulate the active involvement of all participants.
Concordia Aquitaine has been involved for several years in the European Council campaign “No Hate Speech!”. In order to continue this action, we want to set up this new project. Hate speech is becoming something common in Europe. Most people feel helpless in front of acts of discrimination and do not know how to identify them and to propose appropriate answers in their role as citizens.
Racism, gender issues and xenophobia seem to have the same roots: stereotypes. To understand where prejudices begin, we need to be aware of them and detect them in our daily lives. Most young people and adults do not know how to act against prejudice, neither they know how to promptly react. For this reason, we have identified a special way to empower people, that is, forum theater. This method has a dynamic approach accessible to all and creates the conditions for any person to put himself/herself in the place of others and to build his/her confidence in the ability to intervene by seeking solutions. The youth exchange will be the opportunity for you to discover forum theater methods that do not require any special skills, not even to speak the same language. Forum theatre can adapt to many situations, places and people, in order to accompany them to be players of change.
PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS
- Young people aged 18 - 30 (leaders can be older)
- Interested in the topic of no hate speech and theatrical methods of learning
- Willing to make a change in their society
- Ready to share, exchange, discover, create…
Each country will be represented by 5 young participants and 1 leader.
FINANCIAL CONDITIONS
Concordia would like to encourage participants to buy travel tickets as soon as possible to enjoy economical prices. Please do not buy travel tickets until your participation has been approved by Concordia.
Οικονομικά στοιχεία:
Η διαμονή και η διατροφή καλύπτονται πλήρως από τους διοργανωτές.
Το κόστος μετακινήσεων επιστρέφεται στους συμμετέχοντες μετά από την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος και αφού έχουν καταθέσει τα απαραίτητα δικαιολογητικά (αποδείξεις, εισιτήρια, boarding pass, κλπ.…). Σύμφωνα με τους όρους του προγράμματος Erasmus+, το μέγιστο ποσό που καλύπτεται για τα μεταφορικά είναι μέχρι 275€(*) για κάθε συμμετέχοντα.
*(It means that if you have a budget of 275€ and you spend 200€, you will receive all 200€, and in this case will be the 100% of the travel. Otherwise for example, if you spend 300€ with a budget of 275€, we will reimburse you up to 275€.)
Το ποσό συμμετοχής προς την ΕΛΙΞ είναι 50€.
