Η οργάνωση IBG, εταίρος της ΕΛΙΞ, αναζητά δυο άτομα ηλικίας από 19 έως 38 ετών για μια πλήρως χρηματοδοτούμενη πρακτική άσκηση στη Γερμανία.
Η πρακτική άσκηση μπορεί να ξεκινήσει άμεσα και είναι δυνατόν να διαρκέσει από 4 μέχρι 7 εβδομάδες.
Μέσα από αυτήν την πρακτική θα μπορέσετε να μάθετε περισσότερα για τον τρόπο οργάνωσης και την δομή μιας μεγάλης ΜΚΟ, να συνεργαστείτε με τους υπαλλήλους της οργάνωσης και να αποκτήσετε πολύτιμη εμπειρία διαχείρισης διεθνών εθελοντικών προγραμμάτων.

Internship in IBG Workcamps
Are you interested in international youth work and voluntary service? Come to Stuttgart and look behind the scenes of a German NGO organising international workcamps.
IBG offers two internships for Greeks or people living in Greece for duration of 4 to 7 weeks. We can arrange a starting date between June 9th and August 15th 2017.
During these weeks there will be two different parts:
- You will get to know the aims, structure and way of working of IBG, you can follow the staff and get to know the life in the office of IBG in Stuttgart. Concrete tasks in the office depend on your interest and the dates. (1-3 weeks)
- You will be involved in one or two international workcamps in Germany as co-leader (2-3 weeks each)
IBG expects from you:
- interest in NGOs
- some experience with international workcamps, youth exchanges or volunteering
- good English
- age between 19-38 years old.
The project offers:
- Reimbursement of international travel costs (with a maximum of 220 to 275 Euro depending on where in Greece you live).
- Food and accommodation
- Local transport
- No pocket money
What is IBG?
Internationale Begegnung in Gemeinschaftsdiensten (abbreviated IBG) is a German non-profit organisation founded in 1965 to promote voluntary work and international understanding. With a history of over 15,000 volunteers in more than 1,400 workcamps in German-speaking countries, and an additional 10,000 participants with worldwide contributions with partner organisations, IBG has established itself as both a well-respected service organisation and a platform for intercultural exchange, with the motto "peacing the world together". IBG is a registered charity and a member of the Alliance of European Voluntary Service Organisations and of the Unesco's Coordinating Commitee of International Voluntary Service. IBG does not have a political or religious affiliation. IBG receives funds from the European Union and from the German ministry for Family, Women, Children, Senior Citizens and Youth.
What does IBG do?
Each year, IBG organises roughly 45 workcamps in Germany in which international participants, either sent by our partner organisations or who applied directly from countries where there are no organisations, come together to complete a public/community service project as volunteers. It also sends volunteers from Germany to workcamps organised by our partner organisations abroad. This is possible through IBG's relationship with local "project partners", who welcome and assist the volunteers in their projects. In addition, IBG arranges the accommodation and food for the workcamps with the oversight of enthusiastic and qualified Camp Leaders.
