Μέσω της ΕΛΙΞ, μπορείς να δηλώσεις συμμετοχή στο νέο εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα "Community Conflict Transformation Through Youth Work", που θα λάβει χώρα στη Βιέννη της Αυστρίας! Το εν λόγω training course ασχολείται με τη διαχείριση και τον μετασχηματισμό των διαφόρων μορφών σύγκρουσης μεταξύ των νέων ανθρώπων, συγκρούσεων οι οποίες αποτελούν εμπόδιο για την ομαλή και ενεργή συμμετοχή των νέων στην κοινωνία, αλλά και για την αξιοποίηση των δεδομένα μεγάλων δυνατοτήτων τους.

Οι συμμετέχοντες θα εκπαιδευτούν στην ουσιαστική ανάληψη πρωτοβουλιών στο πλαίσιο μίας ομάδας, για την αντιμετώπιση διαφόρων προβλημάτων περιβαλλοντικού, κοινωνικού, αστικού, πολιτικού ή οποιουδήποτε χαρακτήρα. Πάντα με γνώμονα τη διαχείριση των συγκρούσεων που επηρεάζουν ένα κοινωνικό σύνολο.

Ανάμεσα στις επιδιώξεις του training course είναι :

• Η διερεύνηση των ειδών των συγκρούσεων που επηρεάζουν τη νεολαία
• Η παροχή καινοτόμων μεθόδων παρέμβασης και παρακίνησης των νέων για εμπλοκή σε τοπικό επίπεδο
• Η κατανόηση του κοινωνικού μετασχηματισμού με μη βίαιες μεθόδους και
• Η ενίσχυση των συνεργειών μεταξύ της επίσημης εκπαίδευσης και τη μη τυπικής κατάρτισης

Αναζητούμε τρεις (3) συμμετέχοντες, ηλικίας 20 έως 30 ετών, για να λάβουν μέρος σε αυτό το ιδιαίτερο training course!

ABOUT THE PROJECT :

Youth are the cornerstone of the presence and the future. However, the increased prevalence of various forms of conflict is not only undermining their fullest potential but even hindering their basic participation in civic life. Therefore, youth organisations and their members are required to take action and support the positive transformation of conflicts in order to realize the full and meaningful participation of youth in society. Hence, our training " Community Conflict Transformation Through Youth Work" for 27 participants from Austria, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Romania, Spain, and Türkiye with the support of ERASMUS+ of the European Union, aims to train you on how to analyse community issues and design and implement initiatives to tackle a grassroots problem to achieve positive change. Issues can be environmental, social, civic, political or any other conflictual area that affects your local society. As a participant, you will choose a specific issue to focus on and tackle during this training to design an initiative with other participants from your country and implement this small initiative after the training. The range of possible issues to tackle varies from the environment, inclusion, diversity, education, digitalisation, human rights, gender, integration, equality, solidarity, discrimination, justice, culture, and youth empowerment, to topics such as poverty, employment, social public services, sustainability, politics, and climate change. All these diverse topics can be understood, in the framework of visible and invisible violence. Therefore we choose this framework as a method of finding solutions and developing transformation skills and tools to address these topics in a constructive way to achieve a positive change in the community.

OBJECTIVES :

1. explore current social conflicts affecting youth from different perspectives;

2. enforce conflict transformation processes as an empowering tool for youth civic participation;

3. foster youth social engagement as a tool and an opportunity for social community transformation;

4. provide innovative and structured ways to positively intervene socially and motivate youngsters to engage locally;

5. enhance youth workers’ understanding of non-violent methods for civic participation and social transformation;

6. support the youth workers in acquiring skills to improve their civic involvement as agents of change in their societies;

7. compile a concise training guide that can be further used on the local level;

8. reinforce synergies between formal education, non-formal training, societal involvement, and social change.

This training course mobility is open to youth workers between 20 and 30 years old. We are looking for 3 participants from each of the following countries: Austria, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Romania, Spain, and Türkiye.

You can participate if you are:

• Between 20 and 30 years old;
• Able to communicate in English (minimum B1 level);
• Be a citizen or a resident of one of the included countries of the participating organisations;
• Able to fully and actively participate in the whole duration of the activity and in all sessions;
• Motivated to take part in a mutual learning process in a highly intercultural setting;
• Be curious, appreciate diversity and learn about each other’s realities;
• Ready to support dissemination and visibility activities online and offline.
• Able to implement the follow-up initiative within 10 weeks after participation.

Before the training course:

• Check the conditions for travelling to Vienna, Austria and back to your country.
• Purchase and collect all travel tickets after consultation and agreement with the coordinating organization.
• Cooperate with the participants from your country and prepare together for the trip and the mobility.
• Do the preparatory and "homework" tasks in your national group.

During the training course:

• Actively participate in all workshop sessions and the planned activities.
• Take part in the dissemination of the results of the mobility (posts on Social Media, videos, blog posts, etc).
• Deliver all travel documents to the coordinating organization (EMOTiC).

After the training course:

• Disseminate results, both offline and online (send all the documentation/pictures to the organizers).
• Implement the local follow-up initiative that you designed with the national team during the training.

VENUE:

The mobility will be held at the Jugendgästehaus Wien Brigittenau in Vienna, Austria. Participants are required to arrive from the airport to the venue by themselves and also depart by themselves to the airport. You will be accommodated in rooms with 2 – 4 beds, which you will be sharing with participants of the same gender, however, mixed with participants from other nationalities who are also participating in the training course. All meals will also be provided by us at the same venue.

ΥΠΟΛΟΙΠΑ ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΚΑ ΣΤΟΙΧΕΙΑ :

Η διαμονή και η διατροφή καλύπτονται πλήρως από τους διοργανωτές.

Τα αεροπορικά εισιτήρια μπορείτε να κλείστε ΜΟΝΟ καθώς έχετε λάβει γραπτή επιβεβαίωση της συμμετοχής σας στο πρόγραμμα από την ΕΛΙΞ.

Το κόστος μετακινήσεων επιστρέφεται στους συμμετέχοντες μετά από την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος μέσω τραπεζικής κατάθεσης και αφού έχουν καταθέσει τα απαραίτητα αποδεικτικά (αποδείξεις, εισιτήρια, boarding pass, κλπ…). Σύμφωνα με τους νέους όρους του προγράμματος Erasmus+ και σύμφωνα με την χιλιομετρική απόσταση το ποσό επιστροφής είναι 275€ για κάθε συμμετέχοντα.

*(It means that if you have a budget of 225€ and you spend 220€, you will receive all 220€, and in this case it will be the 100% of the travel. Otherwise for example, if you spend 300€ with a budget of 225€, you will receive up to 225€.)

Οι συμμετέχοντες καλούνται να συμπληρώσουν την ατομική αξιολόγηση (EU Survey) μετά από το πέρας του προγράμματος.

Το συνολικό κόστος συμμετοχής ανέρχεται στα 100 ευρώ και καλύπτει μέρος των λειτουργικών και διοικητικών εξόδων της οργάνωσης ΕΛΙΞ.
