Η ΕΛΙΞ εταίρος του προγράμματος αναζητά 2 άτομα άνω των 18 χρονών, που επιθυμούν να συμμετάσχουν στο Εκπαιδευτικό Σεμινάριο "(DIS) ABILITY: INCLUSIVE VOLUNTEERING" που διοργανώνεται από 21 έως 27/07/2015 στο Nizhniy Novgorod της Ρωσίας.
Στο training course θα συμμετέχουν άτομα από την Αυστρία, Εσθονία, Γαλλία, Ιταλία, Ρωσία και Ελλάδα.
Λίγα λόγια για το πρόγραμμα:
The idea of this training-seminar was born during the training for trainers on social inclusion organized by Grenzenlos last October.
Participants of the training discussed about the lack of practical preparation for organizations working with volunteers with different (dis)abilities in EVS projects, workcamps and about the absence of passing-on the regarding experience from ex- to future volunteers.
Voluntary work including people with diverse (dis)abilities often needs differently adapted methodologies and tools. Within this training we aim to explore different approaches which can be adapted due to the needs of the different working environments of each organization.
The idea of the training is to gather project coordinators and (ex-)volunteers who have experience in projects concerning people with different (dis)abilities and to create a set of tools and practical guidelines that can be used by organizations working with volunteers in order to create a better preparation for the volunteers and through this a more inclusive working environment.
THE MAIN AIM OF THE TRAINING-SEMINAR:
To create a set of practical tools and guidelines for organizations who work with volunteers with different (dis)abilities.
PARTICIPANTS PROFILE:
We expect to receive from our partner organizations the participants with following profile:
1. Youth workers and volunteers (over 18 years old and fluently speaking English) who are involved in daily activity of partner organizations dealing with (dis)abled people and interested to develop their competences in this fields as well as cooperation between organizations from different countries dealing with the same topics.
2. Participants who wish to develop a multiplier effect of the training findings after the implemented activity.
PROJECT OBJECTIVES:
1. To reflect on the concept of (dis)abilities and the concerning laws in different countries.
2. To share experience and best practices on working with (dis)abled people.
3. To compile a set of practical tools and guidelines for future voluntary work including people with (dis)abilities and volunteering within diverse groups.
4. To create new projects aimed to improve quality of voluntary work including (dis)abled people.
METHODS: Generally, our methods will be based on the concept of non-formal education and active participation. The engaging and involving methods are chosen in a way to allow a maximum of substantial learning effects, meet the needs of the group and encourage a high identification and ownership of the participants with the content and process of the training. It is very important for us to take the “real-life” cases and experiences of the trainers, experts and participants to discuss and work with.

Οικονομικά Στοιχεία
Το κόστος μετακινήσεων επιστρέφεται στους συμμετέχοντες μετά από την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος και αφού έχουν καταθέσει τα απαραίτητα χαρτιά (αποδείξεις, εισιτήρια, boarding pass, κλπ…). Σύμφωνα με τους νέους όρους του προγράμματος Erasmus+ και σύμφωνα με την χιλιομετρική απόσταση το ποσό επιστροφής είναι μέχρι 360€(*) για κάθε συμμετέχοντα.
*(It means that if you have a budget of 360€ and you spend 320€, you will receive all 320€, and in this case will be the 100% of the travel. Otherwise for example, if you spend 400€ with a budget of 360€, we will reimburse you up to 360€.)
Το κόστος της visa (50€ ) καλύπτεται από το πρόγραμμα.
Η διαμονή και η διατροφή των συμμετεχόντων καλύπτετε πλήρως από το πρόγραμμα.
Το ποσό συμμετοχής προς την ΕΛΙΞ είναι 75€.
Υπάρχει ένα επιπλέον ποσό συμμετοχής (extra -fee) ύψους 50€ το οποίο πληρώνεται κατά την άφιξή σας στην Ρωσία.
Ο κάθε συμμετέχοντας πρέπει να έχει ιδιωτική ασφάλιση κατά την διάρκεια του σεμιναρίου, καθώς δεν θα τους καλύπτει κάποιος δημόσιος φορέας κατά την παραμονή τους στην Ρωσία.
