Young Activists for Peace and “World We Want”

WHY?
Since 2015 ICJA offers trainings and youth exchanges in the frame of a concept which we call “Young Activists for Peace”. In four years over 300 participants came from different corners of the European Union, Eastern Europe and Caucasus, as well as from the Mediterranean Region.
The 4th “Young Activists for Peace” projects offered a wide range of activities, topics and pedagogical concepts in the fields of peace education, training for democracy, empowerment of youngsters with fewer opportunities, etc.
We do this because we believe in the impact of this work both on young participants, and, in the long term, on the creation of more democratic and peaceful societies, as well.
We believe that after a series of 4 projects it is time to evaluate the work and impact of our activities together with our dear partner organizations, and to jointly analyze the current challenges and work on projects and concepts to step up our activities, improve quality, and raise the impact and visibility of our work.
