Η ΕΛΙΞ, εταίρος του προγράμματος ανταλλαγής νέων με τίτλο "Mountain Wonders II from Product Transformation to Social Transformation" διάρκειας 3 εβδομάδων, που φιλοξενείται από τις οργανώσεις “Solidarités Jeunesses” και “Les Villages des Jeunes”, αναζητά 4 συμμετέχοντες ηλικίας 18 έως 30 ετών και έναν/μια αρχηγό ηλικίας 18+ προκειμένου να συμμετέχουν στο πρόγραμμα που θα πραγματοποιηθεί από τις 22 Οκτωβρίου (ημέρα άφιξης) έως τις 11 Νοεμβρίου (ημέρα αναχώρησης) 2018 στο κέντρο “Faï”, μια φάρμα στην καρδιά των γαλλικών Άλπεων, σε μια πανέμορφη περιοχή 3 χλμ. από το χωριό Saix και 30 χλμ. από την πόλη Gap της Γαλλίας.
Στο πρόγραμμα, που συγχρηματοδοτείται από το Erasmus+, θα συμμετέχουν 25 νέοι και νέες από Γαλλία, Εσθονία, Βέλγιο, Ισπανία και Ελλάδα!

H/O αρχηγός/επικεφαλής για την συγκεκριμένη ανταλλαγή νέων θα πρέπει να μπορεί να συμμετέχει στην προπαρασκευαστική συνάντηση (APV - Advance Planning Visit), που θα πραγματοποιηθεί στην Γαλλία ένα Σαββατοκύριακο τον Οκτώβριο, πριν την έναρξη του προγράμματος (οι ημερομηνίες θα επιβεβαιωθούν σύντομα). Η προθεσμία για αιτήσεις για επικεφαλής είναι στις 31 Ιουλίου 2018.

Venue
In the heart of the French Alps, our association “Les Villages des Jeunes” has been managing, livening up and renovating, the Faï hosting center since 1990. This place, located at an altitude of 1000 meters, is an old agricultural domain whose buildings have been developed into group accommodation. From April to December, we organize an inclusion project for local people experiencing social and professional difficulties and we host young people facing family, health or school difficulties. In summer, Faï is also an inspiring place for professional artists who come to create together and perform in our yearly festivals. The international youth workcamps and European exchanges that we organize in Faï contribute to make this place «extra». Indeed, people of different ages, from different countries and cultures, employees and volunteers, artists and tourists, live and work together for some days or several months. We hope that you will also join this spirit of meeting and «doing together» that drives our project!
Activities
The youth exchange is based on the development of territory’s natural resources. For 3 weeks we will learn transformation techniques: we will harvest, transform, cook, make lavender essential oil, visit processing workshops, and discover know-how from professionals. We will acquire new skills; introduce ourselves to new interesting professions; and discover a different way of working and living, in relation to natural and human environment. Together, we will cover various topics, such as seasonality, self-production issues and short circuits, and partnerships that we can put in place to integrate properly in the territory. This initiative represents the opportunity to invest locally in a process of pooling traditional knowledge, in order to bring international dimension; to disseminate the values of popular education; and to arouse visitors’ curiosity and wonder. At the end of the Youth Exchange, we will organize a «Wonderland market» to present our productions and exchange with visitors on the links between resource transformation, social transformation and «doing together».
Participant profile
Participants should be aged 18 to 30. No specific skills are required, just be aware that the exchange will happen in English!

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS
Solidarités Jeunesses would like to encourage participants, after their acceptance, to buy travel tickets as soon as possible, in order to enjoy economical prices. Please do not buy travel tickets until your participation has been approved by Solidarités Jeunesses. We kindly remind all participants to keep original tickets, invoices and boarding passes.

Η διαμονή και η διατροφή καλύπτονται πλήρως από τους διοργανωτές.
Το κόστος μετακινήσεων επιστρέφεται στους συμμετέχοντες μετά από την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος και αφού έχουν καταθέσει τα απαραίτητα δικαιολογητικά (αποδείξεις, εισιτήρια, boarding pass, κλπ.…). Σύμφωνα με τους όρους του προγράμματος Erasmus+, το μέγιστο ποσό που καλύπτεται για τα μεταφορικά είναι μέχρι 275€(*) για κάθε συμμετέχοντα.
*(It means that if you have a budget of 275€ and you spend 200€, you will receive all 200€, and in this case will be the 100% of the travel. Otherwise for example, if you spend 300€ with a budget of 275€, we will reimburse you up to 275€.)
Το ποσό συμμετοχής προς την ΕΛΙΞ είναι 50€.
