Η ΕΛΙΞ, εταίρος του προγράμματος "Mentor’s LAB. Edition 2", έχει εξασφαλίσει για εσάς και αναζητά 2 άτομα ηλικίας 18+ που θα συμμετέχουν στo εκπαιδευτικό σεμινάριο, το οποίο διοργανώνεται από τις 3 έως τις 10 Δεκεμβρίου 2017 στην πρωτεύουσα Vilnius της Λιθουανία και συγχρηματοδοτείται από το Erasmus+.
Το πρόγραμμα υλοποιείται με συγχρηματοδότηση από το Erasmus+ και θα συμμετέχουν εκτός της ΕΛΙΞ και της Socialinis veiksmas της Λιθουανίας που έχει τον συντονισμό, οργανώσεις από άλλες εννέα χώρες.

“Mentor’s LAB. Edition 2”
The main aim of the project is to create a learning space in order to develop competencies of people and working with youth through mentoring.
The objectives of the project are:
- Improving workers' competences in youth work with EVS volunteers through mentoring, especially for youngsters with fewer opportunities
- Improving application of creative non-formal education methods in everyday work with youngsters
- Exchanging practices, experiences and challenges among youth workers from different countries on various aspects and perceptions of mentoring
- Making support network of mentors for future cooperation and exchange of information
- Creating a multicultural space for learning, sharing experience/tools and networking among mentors/people willing to be mentors
- Sharing experience/knowledge/situations and practicing different methods in order to enrich and support youth with fewer opportunities through mentoring and to implement the quality of youth projects
- Developing and acknowledging personal, social and professional competences of mentors, in order to strengthen and motivate them
- Strengthening international cooperation and support systems among EVS mentors.
Participants in the project will be 25 youth workers and people directly involved or willing to start working with EVS volunteers through mentoring.
Countries involved: Lithuania, Portugal, Spain, Greece, Croatia, FYR of Macedonia, Ukraine, Moldova, Estonia, France, and Finland.
Participants' profile
Participants should have:
- experience in working with youth through non formal education
- motivation to develop working strategies with youth with fewer opportunities
- ability to express and share knowledge, experience
- motivation to participate in all phases of the project
- sufficient knowledge of English language
- basic knowledge about EVS program and ERASMUS+
Preference will be given to candidates who already participated in an EVS project, who are living in Athens and would like to start mentoring foreign EVS volunteers from January 2018 with ELIX - Conservation Volunteers Greece.
1. Activity dates are 4-9th of December. Participants are expected to come on 3th of December and leave on 10th of December (accommodation will be covered οn these days). For some exceptions travel may be reimbursed from 2th till 11th of December.
2. Keep in mind that activity dates are 4-9th, so please come before the schedule starts and after it finishes.
3. Travel tickets (bus, flight, train) should be paid directly – it means that any services are not paid by the program, even public procurement expenses.
4. Only the tickets from your city to Vilnius will be reimbursed. Other travel or travel from other countries cannot be reimbursed.
5. Please keep all the documents related with travelling. For reimbursement we need:
- tickets and other proof with visible price and destination
- boarding passes
- bank statement or bill (proof that you paid for the tickets)
6. The travel expenses will be reimbursed after you will bring all the documents mentioned before.
The Lithuanian National agency is very strict with the documents and rules, so please keep it in mind and follow them.
Υπόλοιπα Οικονομικά Στοιχεία
Το κόστος μετακινήσεων επιστρέφεται στους συμμετέχοντες μετά από την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος και αφού έχουν καταθέσει τα απαραίτητα χαρτιά (αποδείξεις, εισιτήρια, boarding pass, κλπ…). Σύμφωνα με τους νέους όρους του προγράμματος Erasmus+ και σύμφωνα με την χιλιομετρική απόσταση το ποσό επιστροφής είναι μέχρι 275 €(*) για κάθε συμμετέχοντα.
*(It means that if you have a budget of 275€ and you spend 275€, you will receive all 275€, and in this case will be the 100% of the travel. Otherwise for example, if you spend 200€ with a budget of 275€, we will reimburse you up to 200€.)
Η διαμονή και η διατροφή των συμμετεχόντων καλύπτονται πλήρως από το πρόγραμμα.
Το ποσό συμμετοχής προς την ΕΛΙΞ είναι 100€.
