Εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα "IMPROV(IS)E IVS increasing quality of International Voluntary Service through improved improvisation competencies"

Η ΕΛΙΞ είναι εταίρος του εκπαιδευτικού προγράμματος “IMPROV(IS)E” που θα υλοποιηθεί από 17 έως 24 Αυγούστου 2022 στην Ολλανδία και αναζητά 3 συμμετέχοντες. Το πρόγραμμα συντονίζεται και υλοποιείται από την ολλανδική οργάνωση SIW, ενώ υποστηρίζεται από το πρόγραμμα Erasmus+.

Ο στόχος του εκπαιδευτικού προγράμματος είναι διττός, πρώτα επικεντρώνεται στην προσωπική και επαγγελματική ανάπτυξη των ατόμων που εμπλέκονται με φορείς Διεθνούς Εθελοντικής Υπηρεσίας (IVS), στην υποστήριξη αυτών να αποκτήσουν νέες ικανότητες αυτοσχεδιασμού ως δεξιότητα, νοοτροπία ή εργαλείο έτσι ώστε να βελτιώσουν την ποιότητα των IVS έργων.

Και έπειτα, εστιάζει στο να τεθούν σε εφαρμογή όλες οι νεοαποκτηθείσες ικανότητες που θα αναπτύξουν οι συμμετέχοντες κατά την διάρκεια του προγράμματος αυτού και στο να πραγματοποιηθεί η διάδοση των ικανοτήτων αυτών μεταξύ των συναδέλφων του οργανισμού διεθνούς εθελοντικής υπηρεσίας.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
International volunteering offers people all over Europe - and beyond - the opportunity to meet, work and live together with the aim to better understand cultural differences, pursue peace and promote non- violence through active citizenship. To create, to explore and to be challenged. To discover similarities, contrasts and to be surprised international volunteering is all about dealing with the unexpected – and actively pursuing it for the exciting opportunities it holds. Flexibility and the ability to adapt, experiment and improvise is key to this: how can you develop the skills, the mindset and the tools that help you make the most out of every IVS experience? What is the added value of improvisation in your setting, project or (country) context? How can you use the improv mindset to deal with challenges - and turn them into opportunities? Curious? Then join us for Improv(is)e IVS between the 17th and 24th of August 2022 in the Netherlands!

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT
Improv(is)e IVS has the objectives of enabling IVS actors to:

Be empowered in their personal and professional development;
Gain improvisation competences as a skill, mindset and/or tool to increase the quality of IVS projects;
Implement these newly gained competencies in existing and new IVS activities;
Disseminate the competences developed within the respective IVS organisations (Train-the-Trainer);
Reflect and build upon the training’s outcomes by sharing challenges and best practices.

PARTICIPANTS PROFILE

Involved in international volunteering or is interested to do so in the near future
Based in France, Germany, Greece, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy or Turkey. Applicants based in other European countries may be eligible too - please contact the organising team (details below) for the possibilities.
Interested in improvisation as a tool, method and mindset - to be explored through improvisation theatre, cognitive exercises, communication techniques and many more.
Committed to actively participate in and follow-up on all 3 phases of the project as described below.
Excited about the idea of spending a week with an international group from all over Europe, focusing on improving the IVS experience and its outcomes for (future) participants.
Minimally 18 years old by August 2022.
Able to speak sufficient English to be able to express yourself during the training as well as the (online) evaluation afterwards.
Looking forward to a wonderful week in Lage Vuursche in August 2022!

ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΚΑ ΣΤΟΙΧΕΙΑ
Το κόστος μετακινήσεων επιστρέφεται στους συμμετέχοντες μετά από την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος και αφού έχουν καταθέσει τα απαραίτητα χαρτιά (αποδείξεις, εισιτήρια, boarding pass, κλπ…). Σύμφωνα με τους νέους όρους του προγράμματος Erasmus+ και σύμφωνα με την χιλιομετρική απόσταση το ποσό επιστροφής είναι μέχρι 275€(*) για κάθε συμμετέχοντα.
*(It means that if you have a budget of 275€ and you spend 200€, you will receive all 200€, and in this case it will be the 100% of the travel. Otherwise for example, if you spend 400€ with a budget of 275€, we will reimburse you up to 275€.)

Travel costs will be covered based on the unit costs of the program. Please note that participants will be reimbursed the real costs of their transport fees up to a certain limit as per information below. Please do not buy travel tickets until your participation has been approved by SIW. All the travel costs will be reimbursed the earliest 3 months after the end of the youth exchange.

Το ποσό συμμετοχής προς την ΕΛΙΞ είναι 100€ και καλύπτει μέρος των λειτουργικών και διοικητικών εξόδων της ΕΛΙΞ ως οργάνωσης αποστολής.
