Η ΕΛΙΞ, εταίρος του προγράμματος ανταλλαγής νέων με τίτλο ‘Youth on Air"  με διάρκεια 3 εβδομάδων, αναζητά 4 συμμετέχοντες ηλικίας 18 έως 30 ετών και έναν/μια (1) αρχηγό προκειμένου να συμμετέχουν στο συγκεκριμένο πρόγραμμα.

Tο πρόγραμμα θα πραγματοποιηθεί από τις 24 Αυγούστου έως τις 11 Σεπτεμβρίου στην Cause de Clérans, Γαλλίας και φιλοξενείται από την οργάνωση “Solidarités Jeunesses” Αυτή η ανταλλαγή νέων χρησιμοποιεί το ραδιόφωνο ως μέσο συνάντησης και εργαλείο κοινής χρήσης.

Οι νέοι θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να δημιουργήσουν εκπομπές, οι οποίες θα μεταδοθούν στη Γαλλία και στο εξωτερικό, μέσω τοπικών ραδιοφώνων. Θα έχουν επίσης την ευκαιρία να γίνουν τοπικοί ανταποκριτές σε εκδηλώσεις στην περιοχή του Dordogne κατά την περίοδο της διαμονής. Έτσι θα ανακαλύψουν τόσο το ραδιόφωνο ως εργαλείο, αλλά και την περιοχή, με τις εκδηλώσεις της, τους κατοίκους και τις σκέψεις τους.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This youth exchange uses radio as a means of meeting and sharing, allowing participants to focus on the meaning and substance of the issues discussed and not on appearance and image. The transversal theme chosen is: how to continue to knit bonds in these times of crisis? The young people will have the opportunity to create emissions, which will be broadcast in France and abroad through local radios. They will also have the opportunity to become local correspondents for events in the Dordogne department during the period of the stay, and thus discover the radio tool, this territory and its events, its inhabitants and their thoughts.

ACTIVITIES

• Definition of the themes of the radio programs
• Search for speakers, organization of debates, micro -trottoirs, ITW...
• Use of different production tools related to sound
• Management of sound files
• Broadcasting process

OBJECTIVES

• To experience radio as a tool for intercultural exchange
• To exchange on the vision that young internationals have on the countryside, the real rural environment, neither fantasized nor touristy, of the Périgord.
• To discover the cultural context of the participating countries (culture, traditions, stories, recipes, ...)
• To appropriate this intercultural context and create methods to better share one's ideas and thoughts and thus learn to listen to and understand the Other;
• Produce a singular word in a group and learn to negotiate for a collective production.

PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS
The group will include about 20 people from 4 European countries (France + 3). We expect 3 or 4 participants + 1 group leaders from each country, motivated to share their energy, ideas, thoughts and creativity. The leaders will work on the group dynamics so that you can organize your own daily life: budget management, schedules, work, outings, etc... You will also take care of the cleaning and cooking:
remember to bring recipes from your country! As for the language spoken on the project, it depends on the group, but most often, English and French are the most used on our projects.

LEISURE TIME
Solidarités Jeunesses considers the youth exchange as a place to experience collective life. For this reason, the volunteers will organize their leisure time together according to the local possibilities, their desires and their financial means (project budget). The possibilities can vary from visiting tourist attractions in the area, discovering the nature in the surroundings, organizing a party with the locals, etc... It is the responsibility of each one to commit to his or her desires and to participate in the creation of a good group dynamic! You will have to organize your leisure activities according to the local possibilities, your desires and your means, your meetings with the inhabitants.

ACCOMODATION AND FOOD
Participants will be accommodated in tents in the park of the Sem&Vol association's hosting center in Cause de Clérans, in southwestern France. Meals will be prepared by the volunteers, in turns, by forming cooking teams. Take your best recipes with you! On the youth exchange, it is important to know that you will not eat meat every day. Even though the meals will not be strictly vegetarian (except for volunteers who have requested it), Solidarités Jeunesses attaches great importance to the protection of the environment and therefore wishes to reduce the consumption of meat on the workcamps.

WHAT TO BRING
A sleeping-bag (and a pillow if you wish)

• Working shoes and clothes
• Rain clothes and warm clothes
• camera, computer and recording tools if you have any Instruments, games, recipes, pictures, postcards from your region
• A swimsuit (swimming trunks as shorts may be prohibited in swimming pools) and sun cream
• Your student card if you have one
• At least 2 masks (reusable ones if you have) in order to use them in public places.

Volunteers will have a safe place to secure their valuable items. Nevertheless, if the item is not necessary we advise you to leave it at home. Each volunteer is responsible for their personal belongings.

TRAVEL
Be aware that you will not be picked up for the airport. Camp leaders will pick you up from the train station below: DATE 24 August 2022 TIME from 18:00 At Lalinde (24150) train station. Departure will be from the same station on sunday in the morning.

The airports with the best train connections are: Bergerac and Bordeaux.

You can check out the timetable and book your tickets on the following website: https://www.sncf-connect.com/en-en/ You have to get out of the train at the station Lalinde. Be careful, train tickets can be very expensive in France. It's better to book them in advance.

ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΚΑ ΣΤΟΙΧΕΙΑ
Η διαμονή και η διατροφή καλύπτονται πλήρως από τους διοργανωτές.

Το κόστος μετακινήσεων επιστρέφεται στους συμμετέχοντες μετά από την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος και αφού έχουν καταθέσει τα απαραίτητα δικαιολογητικά (αποδείξεις, εισιτήρια, boarding pass, κλπ.…). Σύμφωνα με τους όρους του προγράμματος Erasmus+, το μέγιστο ποσό που καλύπτεται για τα μεταφορικά είναι μέχρι 275€(*) για κάθε συμμετέχοντα.
*(It means that if you have a budget of 360€ and you spend 200€, you will receive all 200€, and in this case will be 100% of the travel. Otherwise for example, if you spend 300€ with a budget of 275€, we will reimburse you up to 275€.)

Το ποσό συμμετοχής που καλύπτει μέρος των λειτουργικών και διοικητικών εξόδων της οργάνωσης ΕΛΙΞ είναι 50€.
