Η ΕΛΙΞ, είναι εταίρος του εκπαιδευτικού προγράμματος με τίτλο "Empowering Youth Workers in the Field of Youth Activation – “REACT!” ", που διοργανώνεται από την οργάνωση EPEKA της Σλοβενίας και αναζητά 4 συμμετέχοντες ηλικίας 18+.

Το σεμινάριο θα πραγματοποιηθεί από τις 16 έως τις 20 Αυγούστου 2021 στο Maribor της Σλοβενίας.

Στο πρόγραμμα, που συγχρηματοδοτείται από το Erasmus+ και θα συμμετέχουν 23 άτομα από Σερβία, Γερμανία, Τσεχία, Ελλάδα και Σλοβενία.

Η ενεργοποίηση της μη ενεργής νεολαίας είναι μια μακροπρόθεσμη διαδικασία που απαιτεί πολύ χρόνο και προσπάθεια από την πλευρά των youth workers. Ωστόσο, είναι εξαιρετικά σημαντική, αν είναι επιθυμητό να παρέχονται στους νέους ίσες ευκαιρίες και ενεργή συμμετοχή στην κοινωνία. Στο πλαίσιο της εκπαίδευσης αυτής και με την επιπρόσθετη υποστήριξη των μεθόδων μη τυπικής εκπαίδευσης, θα είναι εφικτό οι συμμετέχοντες να γνωρίσουν τις διάφορες μεθόδους και προσεγγίσεις, οι οποίες επηρεάζουν θετικά την ενεργοποίηση της μη ενεργής νεολαίας και των νέων με λιγότερες ευκαιρίες. Στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος αυτού, οι εκπαιδευτές θα ασχοληθούν με θέματα που συχνά παραβλέπονται κατά τη διάρκεια της καθημερινής εργασίας.

The National Agency MOVIT Institute for the development of youth mobility of Erasmus+ Program in cooperation with organization Scientific and Research Association for Art, Cultural and Educational Programmes and Technology EPEKA, Social Enterprise would like to welcome you to the “Empowering Youth Workers in the Field of Youth Activation” – “REACT!” which will take place in Slovenia.

Through the implementation of the project ACTivation, EPEKA would like to empower youth workers who are focused on working with inactive youth (NEET). Activating inactive young people is a longterm process that requires a lot of time and effort from the youth workers' side, but it is crucial if we want to provide young people with equal opportunities and active participation within the society. In the framework of the training and with additional support of informal education methods, participants will be able to get to know the various methods and approaches that positively affect the activation of inactive youth and youth with fewer opportunities. In the framework of the project, we want to address topics that are often overlooked in the course of everyday work.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
Through the implementation of the project "REACT!", we would like to empower youth workers who, in their work in the field of youth-work, face inactive young people.

The objectives of the project are to:

• develop strategies with participants in order to help them reach and address inactive young people more effectively and
• motivate them to participate in social activation programs, in which they can increase their social and employment potentials and consequently become involved and accepted into the society
• empower youth workers with new skills and/or to provide them with space in which they can upgrade their already existing skills.

An important part of the activities will be field visits, with the support of which participants will learn about good practices related to the inclusion of inactive young people in society and the labor market.

THE PARTICIPANT PROFILE

• 4 participants (18+) from Greece with a basic knowledge in the field of Youth Work.  All participants are required to take care of their own health insurance (European Health Insurance Card).

• A good command of communication in English is required.

THE VENUE AND THE ACCOMMODATION
The venue of the activities is EPEKA Youth Center, 10 min walking distance to the city center!

The accommodation will be in “Gril Ranca pod Pohorjem”, Lackova cesta 75, 2000 Maribor.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Food: three daily meals will be provided (+ 2 coffee breaks). Please, bring some SPECIALTIES from your home country as we will organize an international evening and each country will represent their own culture.

TRAVEL INFORMATION
Arrival day: 16.08.2021 (we will start the program in the evening with the welcome dinner at the venue of accommodation).

Departure day: 20.08.2021 (look for flights or trains/buses that are in the morning or in the afternoon. There are no program elements on that day).

Dates might be changed accordingly to the COVID-19 developments. Please, do not buy ticket without the approval of contact persons. Participants are expected to take safe and economical means of transports. All participants must consult the organizers on prices and routes before purchasing tickets.

For transfers from airport in Ljubljana to Maribor, contact us for the possibility of arranging a pick-up for you. If we will not be able to pick you up, we highly recommend Go-Opti shuttle (GoOpti). Maribor can be reached by bus or by train. You can also reach Maribor by bus or by train. Travel expenses are covered by the organizers 100% up to the maximum of unit cost per distance calculator and means of travel, including bank transfer and other appropriate fees (for all the original tickets and ways of travel that are plane, bus, train or ferry, NOT taxi and NOT car). Participants must keep all travel documents (tickets, travel agency invoices and boarding passes) as organizers are able to make any reimbursement only on the bases of presented documents.

Υπόλοιπα Οικονομικά Στοιχεία
Το κόστος μετακινήσεων επιστρέφεται από τη διοργανώτρια οργάνωση στους συμμετέχοντες μετά από την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος και αφού έχουν καταθέσει τα απαραίτητα χαρτιά (αποδείξεις, εισιτήρια, boarding pass, κλπ…). Σύμφωνα με τους νέους όρους του προγράμματος Erasmus+ και σύμφωνα με την χιλιομετρική απόσταση το ποσό επιστροφής είναι μέχρι 275€(*) για κάθε συμμετέχοντα. Υποχρεωτική η συμμετοχή από την αρχή έως το τέλος του προγράμματος 16/08/2021 - 20/08/2021
*(It means that if you have a budget of 275€ and you spend 200€, you will receive all 200€, and in this case it will be the 100% of the travel. Otherwise for example, if you spend 300€ with a budget of 275€, we will reimburse you up to 275€.)
The refund of the travel expenses will be made within 3 months in Euro by bank transfer and only upon submission of all the necessary travel documents. All the tickets costs purchased in a local currency will be converted to EUR and calculated according to the exchange rate of the month of the project contract given by the European Commission.

Η διαμονή και η διατροφή των συμμετεχόντων καλύπτονται πλήρως από το πρόγραμμα.

Το ποσό συμμετοχής προς την ΕΛΙΞ είναι 50€ και καλύπτει μέρος των λειτουργικών και διοικητικών εξόδων της οργάνωσης μας. Το ποσό καταβάλλεται μετά από την επιλογή σας στο πρόγραμμα.
