Η ΕΛΙΞ, εταίρος του προγράμματος "We are B.E.S.T. – We are building experience, skills and tools" που φιλοξενεί η οργάνωση Associazione Culturale Strauss, έχει εξασφαλίσει για εσάς 2 θέσεις και αναζητά άτομα (άνω των 18 χρονών) που επιθυμούν να συμμετέχουν στο Εκπαιδευτικό Σεμινάριο που διοργανώνεται στο Nicolosi της Σικελίας, από τις 8 ως τις 14 Ιανουαρίου 2015.
Στο training course θα συμμετέχουν νέοι από την 17 χώρες της Ευρώπης: Αυστρία, Βέλγιο, Βουλγαρία, Δανία, Γαλλία, Ελλάδα, Εσθονία, FYR of Macedonia, Ιταλία, Ισπανία, Κροατία, Λετονία, Λιθουανία, Πολώνια, Πορτογαλία, Τουρκιά και Ρουμανία .
Λίγα λόγια για το πρόγραμμα:
Cultural, technological, social and economic changes, that have characterized European Countries during the last decade, have also led to a new way of approaching life and its various spheres. Among these, the working sphere is one on which the changes mentioned above have had a great effect, making labour market much more competitive and the construction of youth career as a complicated and difficult path. And, in fact, for facing new social and economic dynamics young people accept daily challenges, switching during their entire career, a significant number of professions off. "WE ARE B.E.S.T. - We Are Building Employability Skills and Tools» is a training course designed for youth workers and people who work with and for young people, because youth workers develop and empower methods to support youth creativity as an essential skill to compete in the labour market.
The project, which will take place in Sicily in Nicolosi, a small town at the foot of Etna Volcano, will have great impact on participants' opportunity to reflect on the new dynamics that characterize the link “young people – labour market” in Europe and will provide them skills and tools to approach to it with self-confidence and creativity, so that it may be in its many opportunities. According to this, TC main objective is to help young people to fathom between their skills in order to improve them, define them for increasing their chances of success in a very dynamic labour market.
During the training, non-formal education methods, such as role playing, simulations, group work will be used as an approach and a solution to prepare youth to labour market in a creative way, to improve their personal competence as an added value and instill a sense of entrepreneurship, allowing young people to achieve their goals and to become responsible in job seeking, in order to fight against a new form of social exclusion determined by the growing youth unemployment.
PARTICIPANTS: 2 participants (18+) per organization, able to communicate in English, they need to be youth workers and people who work with and for young people who are willing to apply and multiply the knowledge received on this training course and willing to share the new knowledge with the members of their organization once they get back
ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΚΑ ΣΤΟΙΧΕΙΑ:
Η Διαμονή (Hotel Biancaneve) - http://www.hotel-biancaneve.com/ και η διατροφή των συμμετεχόντων καλύπτονται πλήρως από το πρόγραμμα.
Το κόστος μετακινήσεων επιστρέφεται στους συμμετέχοντες μετά από την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος και αφού έχουν καταθέσει τα απαραίτητα χαρτιά (αποδείξεις, εισιτήρια, boarding pass, κλπ…). Σύμφωνα με τους νέους όρους του προγράμματος Erasmus+ το ποσό επιστροφής είναι μέχρι 270€(*) για κάθε συμμετέχοντα. Αεροδρόμιο άφιξης πρέπει να είναι Catania Fontanarossa.
*(It means that if you have a budget of 275€ and you spend 200€, you will receive all 200€, and in this case will be the 100% of the travel. Otherwise for example, if you spend 360€ with a budget of 275€, we will reimburse you up to 275€.)
Το ποσό συμμετοχής για το πρόγραμμα είναι 100€.
