Η ΕΛΙΞ, εταίρος του προγράμματος ανταλλαγής νέων με τίτλο "CITIZEN CAFE - SPEAKING OUT ABOUT GENDER” που διοργανώνεται από την οργάνωση Condordia (www.concordia.fr ) της Γαλλίας, αναζητά 5 συμμετέχοντες ηλικίας 18 έως 30 ετών και έναν/μια αρχηγό ηλικίας 18+.

Tο πρόγραμμα που θα πραγματοποιηθεί:

• Ημερομηνίες: 13 μέχρι 21 Ιουνίου 2021 - 9 ημέρες (συμπεριλαμβανομένου και τις 2 μέρες ταξιδιού)
• Advanced Planned Visit (APV) για αρχηγούς της ομάδας απο 11 με 13 Ιουνίου 2021.
• Τοποθεσία: Super-Besse, Puy de Dôme, Γαλλία (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Super_Besse)
• Χώρες Συμμετοχής: Γαλλία, Εσθονία, Ελλάδα, Ισπανία
• Συμμετέχοντες: 24 σύνολο (5 συμμετέχοντες και 1 αρχηγός ομάδας απο κάθε χώρα)
• Το πρόγραμμα θα υλοποιηθεί στα Αγγλικά.

Το πρόγραμμα στοχεύει να αναπτύξει μια καλύτερη κατανόηση της έννοιας του φύλου και των προκλήσεων που καλούνται πολλοί νέοι να αντιμετωπίσουν στην σημερινή κοινωνία. Να παρέχουν στους νέους τα απαραίτητα εργαλεία, ώστε να μπορούν να συμμετέχουν, να προσφέρουν και να επιδρούν στον αντίκτυπο της κοινωνικής αλλαγής.

BACKGROUND OF THE PROJECT
From the first feminist movements of the 20th century to today, a lot of time has passed. Even if women all over Europe have achieved a lot of rights and social achievements in all these years, the feminist struggle has not come to a standstill, as it has to face new challenges and debates every day. Today, the feminist struggle focuses mainly on the fight against everyday sexism, social representations, the culture of violence and sexual harassment.

With this youth exchange, we want to give the participants - who come from different countries and have different social backgrounds - the possibility to confront themselves with other peers on the issue of gender inequality, trying to find small solutions or daily actions that in the long run can have a great social impact. Developing a better understanding of gender and the challenges of society, the participants involved in this youth exchange will be actors of change once they return to their home country.

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT

• To develop a better understanding of gender and the challenges it faces within society
• To provide participants with the necessary tools so they can become real actors in social change
• To encourage European citizenship, intercultural dialogue and international mobility

METHODOLOGY
The program of the Youth Exchange will be based on non-formal learning, characterized by focusing on the needs of learners, horizontal relationships in a group, learning by doing. We believe that non-formal education is the best way to enable the active involvement of each participant and to provide space for self-expression. Therefore, this method will help you to discover your potentials and get new competencies, which will contribute to your personal and social development.

PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS
We seek to have a variety of profiles and we would like to involve participants with the following qualities:

• having strong motivation and interest in the topic of gender equality (any experience of activism or research work in this field is appreciated but not required)
• being able to speak in English (at least at the basic level, so we can have a common language in the group and facilitate discussions)
• being flexible and able to communicate with people of different cultures
• from 18 to 30 years old (according to the requirement of Erasmus+)

WHY SHOULD YOU PARTICIPATE?
To make friends from other countries and spend one week discovering their cultures.
To enhance your knowledge about gender equality.
To develop new ideas and tools to act in your country.
To discover a beautiful volcanic region in France (Auvergne).

PRACTICAL CONDITION

• Travel expenses, accommodation, food and local visits are fully covered for every participant by the Erasmus+ grant
• Participants will be hosted in a cottage with rooms for 1, 2 or 3 persons, two activity rooms and a dining room.
• Reimbursement of travel expenses will be based on real costs of tickets and will be subjected to certain limits (according to Erasmus+ rules)

Οικονομικά στοιχεία:
Η διαμονή και η διατροφή καλύπτονται πλήρως από τους διοργανωτές.

Το κόστος μετακινήσεων επιστρέφεται από την διοργανώτρια οργάνωση στους συμμετέχοντες μετά από την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος και αφού έχουν καταθέσει τα απαραίτητα δικαιολογητικά (αποδείξεις, εισιτήρια, boarding pass, κλπ.…). Σύμφωνα με τους όρους του προγράμματος Erasmus+, το μέγιστο ποσό που καλύπτεται για τα μεταφορικά είναι μέχρι 275€(*) για κάθε συμμετέχοντα. Για την επιστροφή των χρημάτων είναι απαραίτητη η συμμετοχή στο πρόγραμμα.

*(It means that if you have a budget of 275€ and you spend 200€, you will receive all 200€, and in this case, it will be 100% of the travel. Otherwise, if you pay 300€ with a budget of 275€, we will reimburse you up to 275€.)

Το ποσό συμμετοχής προς την ΕΛΙΞ είναι 50€.
*O/H Leader δεν πληρώνει το ποσό συμμετοχής.

** Πολιτική Ακύρωσης:

Σε περίπτωση που το πρόγραμμα ακυρωθεί απο την μεριά των διοργανωτών το ποσό συμμετοχής επιστέφεται ή μπορείτε να το χρεισημοποιήσετε σε άλλο πρόγραμμα.
Σε περίπτωση που ακυρώσετε την συμμετοχή σας, ενώ το πρόγραμμα διεξάγεται κανονικά, το ποσό συμμετοχής δεν επιστρέφεται.
