Η ΕΛΙΞ, εταίρος του προγράμματος ανταλλαγής νέων με τίτλο ‘Let’s become green EU Citizens’ διάρκειας 3 εβδομάδων, που φιλοξενείται από την οργάνωση “Solidarités Jeunesses” αναζητά 4 συμμετέχοντες ηλικίας 15 έως 17 ετών και έναν/μια (1) αρχηγό προκειμένου να συμμετέχουν στο συγκεκριμένο πρόγραμμα.
Tο πρόγραμμα θα πραγματοποιηθεί από τη 01 Αυγούστου έως και τις 22 Αυγούστου στην πόλη Montendre της Γαλλίας. Ο στόχος είναι να ανακαλύψουμε και να προτείνουμε εναλλακτικές λύσεις για την υιοθέτηση δικαιότερων και βιώσιμων τρόπων ζωής για τον πλανήτη.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Through this project, we want to exchange and discover with young people from different cultures ecological practices to improve our impact on the planet. We believe that the world of tomorrow will be built by citizens’ initiatives. Indeed, we want to support the participants to share, analyze and improve their customs and habits.
The objective is to discover and propose alternatives to adopt fairer and sustainable lifestyles for the planet. Through living together at the Maison des Bateleurs, the participants will be able to define what eco – citizenship is for them. Thanks to sensitive, artistic and scientific approaches, we wish to bring the young people to question their relation with the environment, and thus help them find other ways of understanding it. Popular Education as well as active pedagogy will be our tools to support and strengthen their power to act.
Finally, the last week will be devoted to design and develop a communication tool chosen by the participants of the youth exchange. This tool will be an instrument to share what they discovered during the first weeks of the project. At the same time, it will be a way to allow young people to become awareness – raising actors.
OBJECTIVES
• Develop the consciousness of the participants about their way of consumption and their environmental, economical and social impact.
• Build a shared culture about responsible consumption
• Discover practices and ways to consume, in a more responsible way and act for a better environment
• Gain tools to become actor in the collective awareness
PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS
This youth exchange will gather 20 youth from 4 different countries: Italy, Spain, Greece and France. Each partner organization should send 4 participants from 15 to 17 years old and 1 group leader.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION:
WHEN: From the Monday 1st August to the Monday 22nd August 2022.
During 22 days (2 travel days included)
WHERE: In the volunteers hosting organization << La Maison des Bateleurs >>, association of the French movement Solidarités Jeunesses ( 17130 – Montendre, Nouvelle – Aquitaine, France)
ACCOMODATION:
The participants will be hosted in a typical regional house renovated during an international workcamp.
Since 1995, << La Maison des Bateleurs >> has been a hosting center for international volunteers. The organization welcomes around 8 volunteers per year so the participants will have the opportunity to spend time, live and share collective life with them.
The participants will be accommodated in 2 dormitories with bunk beds. There is a common bathroom with showers and toilets.
The group will be autonomous. The menu, cooking time and cleaning activities will be organise all together.
ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΚΑ ΣΤΟΙΧΕΙΑ
Η διαμονή και η διατροφή καλύπτονται πλήρως από τους διοργανωτές.
Το κόστος μετακινήσεων επιστρέφεται στους συμμετέχοντες μετά από την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος και αφού έχουν καταθέσει τα απαραίτητα δικαιολογητικά (αποδείξεις, εισιτήρια, boarding pass, κλπ.…). Σύμφωνα με τους όρους του προγράμματος Erasmus+, το μέγιστο ποσό που καλύπτεται για τα μεταφορικά είναι μέχρι 360€(*) για κάθε συμμετέχοντα.
*(It means that if you have a budget of 360€ and you spend 200€, you will receive all 200€, and in this case will be 100% of the travel. Otherwise for example, if you spend 300€ with a budget of 360€, we will reimburse you up to 360€.)
Το ποσό συμμετοχής που καλύπτει μέρος των λειτουργικών και διοικητικών εξόδων της οργάνωσης ΕΛΙΞ είναι 50€.
