Ο αθλητισμός ενώνει τους λαούς, ενώνει όμως και τη νεολαία του κόσμου και εν προκειμένω της Ευρώπης! Σε αυτό το σπουδαίο Project για εφήβους με όνομα "IT’S MY LIFE STYLE", που διοργανώνει ο εταίρος από τη Γαλλία Solidarités Jeunesses, στο γραφικό Beaumotte-Aubertans και την υποστήριξη του Erasmus+, οι συμμετέχοντες αφιερώνουν χρόνο σε αθλητικές δραστηριότητες, προωθώντας αξίες, δεξιότητες και σεβασμό, στο πλαίσιο της συλλογικότητας. Επίσης, επανεξετάζουν την όποια καταναλωτική τους τάση, μαθαίνοντας να δημιουργούν καθημερινά αντικείμενα και προϊόντα, μέσα από μία οικολογική και εναλλακτική προσέγγιση.

- Γεύματα με τους κατοίκους του Beaumotte-Aubertans
Αναζητούμε πέντε (5) συμμετέχοντες, ηλικίας 15 έως 17 ετών, + έναν (1) leader, ηλικίας 18 έως 30, ώστε να συμμετέχουν στο σπουδαίο αυτό Youth Exchange Project!

This project aims to meet young people from three different countries around the sports theme. During a fortnight, young people will be welcomed in our structure, and will discuss each other's practices following a common thread: sports !
CENTRE DE BEAUMOTTE
The Center of Beaumotte is an association of youth and popular education created in 1979. Our association works to support youngsters, especially those with less opportunities. By proposing a place of exchange and sharing where each one can take time to rebuild himself, and can learn how to assume his own responsibilities. Our center is an alternative place based on co-education (intercultural, intergenerational, of gender and beliefs) hence, on the collective life and the responsibilisation of the people in charge of welcoming. For 40 years, we have set up international projects convinced of the wealth they bring.
ACTIVITIES
Mornings will be dedicated to sports activities :
During 4 hours, the young people will be divided into several activities: Indoor and outdoor sports activities: training and competition. These are always followed by "debriefing" workshops.
It seems opportune to us to contribute thanks to this exchange to the improvement of the lifestyle and to the opening towards the other of the participants. We believe, indeed, that through sport and the values that we promote, young people will be able to develop skills for collective life, respect, instructions, etc. The participants will re-examine their own way of consuming and will learn to make everyday objects and products in an ecological and alternative approach.
In the afternoons, participants will therefore alternate :
- Intercultural exchange workshops
- Several times of reflection, film-debate around sustainable development
- Free time based on local discovery and discovery of the other.
Additional activities:
- Hiking, canoeing, festivals, ...
- Activities proposed by the participants.
- International meal with the inhabitants of the village
NON-FORMAL EDUCATION AND ACTIVE PARTICIPATION
In a dynamic of non-formal education, participants will be able “to make and to live together” and each participant will be responsible for the daily life of the group. This tool is very important for a real encounter: youngsters will elaborate their own menus, cook in groups, do the cleaning, and organize their activities. The exchanges at cooking time, household, or at the time of the meals together and the leisure activities will be the base of the interculturality of this project.
Practical information
- Participants will be accommodated at the Beaumotte Center, in large collective tents (Marabout) on camp beds. They will have access to the bathrooms of the Center as well as to the kitchen and the dining room.
- Limited wifi access
- Association minibuses will be available to the group for outdoor activities.

Το κόστος συμμετοχής ανέρχεται στα 100 ευρώ.
The participation fee is 100 euros.
Το κόστος μετακινήσεων επιστρέφεται στους συμμετέχοντες μετά από την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος και αφού έχουν καταθέσει τα απαραίτητα χαρτιά (αποδείξεις, εισιτήρια, boarding pass, κλπ…). Σύμφωνα με τους νέους όρους του προγράμματος Erasmus+ και σύμφωνα με την χιλιομετρική απόσταση το ποσό επιστροφής είναι μέχρι 360€ για κάθε συμμετέχοντα.
*(It means that if you have a budget of 360€ and you spend 200€, you will receive all 200€, and in this case it will be the 100% of the travel. Otherwise for example, if you spend 380€ with a budget of 360€, you will receive up to 360€.)
Travel fees will be partially reimbursed according to the Erasmus + distance calculator :
- up to 180€ (between 100 and 499 km)
- up to 275€ (between 500 and 1999 km)
- up to 360€ (between 2000 and 2999 km)
The original travel proofs should be transmitted to the host for reimbursement request.
Travel costs will be covered based on the unit costs of the program. Please note that participants will be reimbursed the real costs of their transport fees up to a certain limit as per
information below. Please do not buy travel tickets until your participation has been approved. All the travel costs will be reimbursed the earliest 3 months after the end of the Project.
