Προετοιμάζοντας τη νέα γενιά και κατανοώντας καλύτερα την πολιτική της ΕΕ για τη νεολαία, το πρόγραμμα My Youth Goals, που διοργανώνεται από την Βουλγαρική Οργάνωση Foundation for Entrepreneurship, Culture and Education (FECE), φιλοδοξεί να καλλιεργήσει νέες δεξιότητες και ικανότητες στους συμμετέχοντες, μέσα στο ολοένα αυξανόμενο ανταγωνιστικό περιβάλλον. Λειτουργεί ως συνδετικός κρίκος με τους νέους, ενημερώνει για τις Οργανώσεις Νέων ανά την Ευρώπη και τα Προγράμματα της Commision, βασίζεται στον δημιουργικό και εποικοδομητικό διάλογο. Θα συμμετέχουν νέοι από την Βουλγαρία, Ελλάδα, Λιθουανία, Πολωνία, Ρουμανία και Σερβία.
Μέσω των τεχνών, του πολιτισμού και της εκπαίδευσης, το My Youth Goals έχει ως σκοπό να αναπτύξει τις δεξιότητες των συμμετεχόντων, με εκδηλώσεις, σεμινάρια και άλλες ερευνητικές δραστηριότητες.
Αναζητούμε τέσσερις (4) συμμετέχοντες, ηλικίας 18 έως 30 ετών, και έναν (1) leader (χωρίς όριο ηλικίας), ώστε να συμμετέχουν στην Ανταλλαγή Νέων (Youth Exchange)!

Αναλυτικότερα για το Πρόγραμμα MY YOUTH GOALS 1.0
The project My Youth Goals 1.0. is aimed at young people who are interested in debating the future of the European project. It will give an overview of five of the youth goals connected to participation in democratic life, active citizenship, EU values and the inclusion of young people in society.
The Foundation for Entrepreneurship, Culture and Education (FECE) is a youth and cultural NGO, founded in 2014, based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Our mission is to promote, assist and support the development of culture, education, innovation and the entrepreneurial qualities of young people and people with fewer opportunities. The organisation promotes freedom of cultural expression, encourages and organises creative initiatives in different fields of art, culture, media and education in an independent and creative nature.
Our vision is to empower different communities and target audiences through arts, culture and education. FECE provides support for the organisation and implementation of cultural events, seminars, research activities and conferences.
Objectives of the Youth Exchange (YE):
- To get a better understanding of EU’s youth policy
- To raise skills and competences to actively participate in the democratic life of Europe
- To debate and discuss possible scenarios for the future of the European project through young people’s vision and needs
- To get acquainted with various programmes and funds in the field of youth
Each day of the youth exchange will be focused on one of the selected five youth goals:
- Connecting EU with youth
- Inclusive societies
- Youth organisation and European Programmes
- Information and Constructive Dialogue
- Space and Participation for all
Accommodation and meals during the Youth Exchange:
The MY YOUTH GOALS 1.0 YE will take place in Detelina*** Hotel located at Golden Sands, a major seaside resort town on the Northern Bulgarian Black Sea coast. All rooms (double and triple) are airconditioned and offer a private bathroom. Hotel Detelina, 9006, Chaika resort, Golden Sands, Varna
FECE undertakes accommodation and meal expenses. This includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as coffee breaks. The participants will receive a questionnaire for the indication of their nutritional needs.

Practicalities
Each participants needs to have a European Health Insurance Card. If you do not possess the card, you can get it easily.
Insurance
Personal and medical insurance are responsibility of the individual participant. FECE will not be responsible for any loss of luggage, currency or personal effects, or any medical costs. We recommend participants to have the European Health Card.
Other
The Bulgarian national monetary unit is the Lev (BGN), divided into 100 stotinki. At the present rate of exchange 1,00 USD/ 1,00 EUR is approximately equal to 1,95 BGN. We strongly advise you to exchange currency ONLY IN BANKS; The work hours of any bank in Bulgaria are every weekday from 9:00 to 17:00.

Υπόλοιπα Οικονομικά Στοιχεία
Η διαμονή και η διατροφή καλύπτονται πλήρως από τους διοργανωτές.
Τα αεροπορικά εισιτήρια μπορείτε να κλείστε ΜΟΝΟ καθώς έχετε λάβει γραπτή επιβεβαίωση της συμμετοχής σας στο πρόγραμμα από την ΕΛΙΞ.
Το κόστος μετακινήσεων επιστρέφεται στους συμμετέχοντες μετά από την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος μέσω τραπεζικής κατάθεσης και αφού έχουν καταθέσει τα απαραίτητα αποδεικτικά (αποδείξεις, εισιτήρια, boarding pass, κλπ…). Σύμφωνα με τους νέους όρους του προγράμματος Erasmus+ και σύμφωνα με την χιλιομετρική απόσταση το ποσό επιστροφής είναι 180 ή εώς 275€ για κάθε συμμετέχοντα.
*(It means that if you have a budget of 275€ and you spend 200€, you will receive all 200€, and in this case it will be the 100% of the travel. Otherwise for example, if you spend 300€ with a budget of 275€, you will receive up to 275€.)
Οι συμμετέχοντες καλούνται να συμπληρώσουν την ατομική αξιολόγηση (EU Survey) μετά από το περάς του προγράμματος.
Το ποσό συμμετοχής που καλύπτει μέρος των λειτουργικών και διοικητικών εξόδων της οργάνωσης ΕΛΙΞ είναι 50€ και κατατίθεται με την επιβεβαίωση της συμμέτοχής σας.
