Πρόταση από την ΕΛΙΞ, για ένα υψηλού επιπέδου εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα στην Ουγγαρία με τίτλο: “5 minutes of fame” - low-budget video production as a PR tool in youth work

MAIN ELEMENTS OF THE TRAINING COURSE
- introduction into PR and promotion
- building up competences in video production (storyboarding, acting, camera & lights, cutting, post-production, legal aspects)
- production of short clips in small groups
- feedback and coaching by experts
- web 2.0 strategies focussing on video-blogging
- DEOR in youth projects
- partnership-building and fostering of future projects in YiA
APPROACH
The training course will be based on the specific needs of the participants and their organisations and will be highly participatory. Diversity, e.g. in the group of participants, will be considered as a resource for the building-up and transfer of competences. There will only be few frontal lectures, the main part of the training course will be delivered in the form of practical sessions implemented by the participants in a learning-by-doing fashion. The trainers will take care of creating a supportive and safe learning environment, where participants are encouraged and coached while mastering challenges that contribute to their personal, professional and organisational development. Special attention is paid to making the learning points of the training course relevant, sustainable and transferable, eg
by giving ample room for reflection and assessment, by producing exhaustive documentation and by providing templates and guidance for tailor-made development and action plans.
Professionals from the sector of video-production and PR will be available for on-the-spot and online coaching.
PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS
Participants to the training course must meet the following criteria:
a) … you are actively involved in your organisation
b) … you are able to attend for the full duration of the event and you are able to fully communicate in English
c) … you are in a position and willing to follow-up on the outcomes of this training course in your organisation via active youth work
CONDITIONS AND ARRANGEMENTS
The training course is scheduled to take place from October 25th - November 2nd of 2012 in Gárdony, Hungary. Financial support is sought for at the Hungarian National Agency for the European Commission’s programme “Youth in Action” (action 4.3). If the funding request gets approved, we will be able to offer the following conditions:
- the international travel costs are covered with 70%, up to a reasonable maximum amount.
- board, lodging, visa costs, local transports, all materials and the content of the training course are fully covered for a participation fee of EUR 40 towards TE IS Hungary.
- you are in charge of arranging your own insurance for your travel and stay in Hungary.
Αν επιθυμείς να συμμετέχεις, στείλε άμεσα email με θέμα "Participant: TC 5 minutes of fame" με τα στοιχεία σου και ένα Motivation Letter όπου θα περιγράφεις του λόγους που πιστεύεις ότι είσαι ο/η κατάλληλος/η για αυτό το Πρόγραμμα Κατάρτισης.
Ο/Η συμμετέχοντας θα πρέπει μετά την επιστροφή του να παραδώσει απολογισμό στην ΕΛΙΞ καθώς και προτάσεις με τις οποίες θα μπορέσει να βοηθήσει τις δράσεις της ΕΛΙΞ μέσα από τις γνώσεις που απέκτησε με την συμμετοχή του στο πρόγραμμα αυτό ειδικά στην προετοιμασία video.
Επιπλέον τεχνικές πληροφορίες:
Στους συμμετέχοντες επιστρέφετε το 70% του συνόλου των ταξιδιωτικών εξόδων μετά από την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος και αφού έχουν καταθέσει τα απαραίτητα χαρτιά (το μέγιστο ποσό που μπορεί ανέλθει το 70% δεν μπορεί να ξεπερνά τα 196€). Η διαμονή και η διατροφή καλύπτονται από την διοργανώτρια οργάνωση.
Για την οικονομικότερη λοιπόν μετακίνηση προτείνεται από την ΕΛΙΞ ο συμμετέχοντας να μεταβεί στην Θεσσαλονίκη όπου υπάρχει πολύ οικονομική πτήση της Ryanair για Βουδαπέστη στις 24 Οκτωβρίου, μια μέρα πριν την έναρξη της συνάντησης και να κλείσει ένα δωμάτιο σε Youth Hostel (http://www.budapestyouthhostel.hu/). Με αυτό τον τρόπο το κόστος μετακίνησης μαζί με την διαμονή παραμένει χαμηλότερο σε σχέση με την επιλογή πτήσης στις 25/10.
Η ΕΛΙΞ επέλεξε να στηρίξει και να παρακινήσει τους εθελοντές μας να συμμετέχουν σε αυτό και για αυτό το λόγο δεν υπάρχει ποσό συμμετοχής προς την ΕΛΙΞ για την συγκεκριμένη πρόταση.
