Η ΕΛΙΞ, εταίρος του προγράμματος "Youthworker 2.0", έχει εξασφαλίσει για εσάς και αναζητά 2 άτομα ηλικίας 18+ που θα συμμετέχουν στo εκπαιδευτικό σεμινάριο που διοργανώνεται από τις 4 έως τις 11 Ιουνίου 2017 στην πόλη του Albrechtova vyhlídka, Frýdlant, της Τσεχίας και συγχρηματοδοτείται από το Erasmus+.
ΣΗΜΑΝΤΙΚΟ: Το σεμινάριο απευθύνεται σε άτομα που επιθυμούν και είναι διαθέσιμοι μετά το σεμινάριο να ενεργήσουν ως ομαδάρχες ή συμμετέχοντεσ για τα εθελοντικά προγράμματα (work-camps) της ΕΛΙΞ που θα πραγματοποιηθούν τον Ιούλιο στην Ελλάδα.
General aim: To support participants in development of educational workshops in order to promote anti-discrimination approaches at workcamps and train them in methods which can foster creation of spaces where different positions of the participants are acknowledged and treated in anti-discriminatory ways.
Objectives:
- to create common ground of knowledge for participants to concern the topic of anti-discrimination
- To reflect own positions in various power structures, stereotypes and ways of thinking which might lead to discrimination
- To build on this self-experience and learn how to implement these methods in their educational work
- To learn about root causes of the prejudices and discriminations (in relation to migration, South-North relations, gender,...) and be able to recognize these in real life situations, while working with the groups (ex. on workcamps)
- To understand basic features of non-formal education, methods and tools which will enable the participants to create and run workshops raising awareness about the topic.
Target group: This Training Course is for participants, who:
- speak English on a good level (as the whole TC will be in English)
- are workcamp leaders or trainers-beginners, who have lead/organized at least 1 workcamp or other voluntary project and/or are preparing to lead one in summer 2017
- are motivated to undergo a self-reflecting process connected with personal positions related to power relations and further work wit these topics in their educational work/group leading
- preferably are in a cooperation with one of the partner organizations (not compulsory but highly recommended)
Conditions:
- It is necessary to participate from the beginning of the TC till the end, no late arrivals / early departures.
- The organizer will arrange the boarding, accommodation, materials, content of the training and also reimburse the travel costs of the participants up to the lump sum amounts in Erasmus + rules
- The participants should be able to deliver a short workshop on the anti-discrimination at a workcamp they will lead in summer 2017 or at min. 1 workcamp organized in cooperation with the sending organization (which they are not going to lead).

Dates: 4th June 2017 (arrivals, programme starts at 18h) - 11th June 2017 (departures since morning)
Venue: Albrechtova vyhlídka, Frýdlant, Czech Republic. A bus will be organized, which will take all participants from Prague to the location of the project.
ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΚΑ ΣΤΟΙΧΕΙΑ
Το κόστος των μετακινήσεων κάθε συμμετέχοντα στο πρόγραμμα αυτό επιδοτείται μέχρι του ποσού των 275€(*), σύμφωνα με τους όρους και τους κανόνες του Erasmus+. Οι συμμετέχοντες λαμβάνουν την επιδότηση αυτή μετά από την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος και αφού έχουν καταθέσει τα απαραίτητα δικαιολογητικά (αποδείξεις, εισιτήρια, boarding pass, κλπ…).
(*: Επεξήγηση: αν λοιπόν το συνολικό κόστος των εισιτηρίων σου, αεροπορικά, μετρό, λεωφορεία, κλπ (όχι ΤΑΞΙ) φτάσει τα 260€ τότε θα λάβεις 260€ άρα θα επιδοτηθεί το 100% του κόστους των μετακινήσεων σου. Αν το συνολικό κόστος φτάσει τα 300€ τότε θα λάβεις το μέγιστο της επιδότησης τα 275€.)
Η διαμονή και η διατροφή των συμμετεχόντων καλύπτεται πλήρως από το πρόγραμμα.
Το ποσό συμμετοχής προς την ΕΛΙΞ είναι 85€.
Ο κάθε συμμετέχοντας θα πρέπει να έχει ιδιωτική ασφάλιση κατά την διάρκεια της συνάντησης καθώς δεν θα τους καλύπτει κάποιος δημόσιος φορέας κατά την παραμονή τους στην Τσεχία ή να είναι κάτοχος της Ευρωπαϊκής κάρτας Ασφάλισης Ασθενείας.
