Πρόταση της ΕΛΙΞ για το πρόγραμμα κατάρτισης "Youth Sustain-Abilities" στην Ιταλία 23 - 31/07/2013

Η ΕΛΙΞ, εταίρος του προγράμματος κατάρτισης με θέμα "YOUTH SUSTAIN-ABILITIES – Training for Trainers on Skills and Practices to Boost Youth Role on Sustainability",  έχει εξασφαλίσει για εσάς και αναζητά 2 νέους 18+ ετών που ενδιαφέρονται για την βιώσιμη ανάπτυξη, το περιβάλλον, την κοινωνική ένταξη, τις πολιτικές για την νεολαία και κυρίως την νεανική ανεργία και την περιθωριοποίηση.

Η συνάντηση θα πραγματοποιηθεί στο San Giorgio a Cremano, λίγο έξω από την Νάπολη της Ιταλίας από τις 23 έως τις 31 Ιουλίου. Στην συνάντηση θα συμμετέχουν νέοι από την Ελλάδα, Ισπανία, Ιταλία, Ουγγαρία, Σλοβακία, Ρουμανία, Γαλλία και Βέλγιο.

Λίγα λόγια για το πρόγραμμα:
AIM: the project aims at training the involved participants on social inclusion and sustainability, using non formal education working methods, in order to make them able to transfer their knowledge to other young people and less privileged beneficiaries, that will take part in the activities they daily run. In this perspective the training has to be considered the starting point of a process direct to make these indirect beneficiaries able to improve their skills and to gain new ones, that could be afterwards used to apply for job position in the non formal education field and to escape for the negative dynamics of unemployment. As implemented activities is foreseen the realization of 2 interactive workshops on the topic of sustainable development and on the non formal education methodologies that might be used to sensitise youth, in interactive and participative way, on the project’ topics. One study visit and a final event will be organized.

THEMES:
- Environment: there will be a specific focus on sustainability and sustainable development since they are integral part of every action aimed to promote the social inclusion and the accessing policies. We believe that to make people more aware of sustainability is the first step to make them in condition to activate new participative processes between youngsters and to promote active citizenship.- Youth Policies, youth unemployment, poverty and marginalization.

In order to meet the general aim of the project, some SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES are identified:
- To explore in depth cultural differences and to analyse the Intercultural Learning processes;
- To present different interpretations of social inclusion and of sustainability and to set a shared definition;
- To debate the youth accessing policies running in the different countries and define specific, targeted goals to implement them;
- To evaluate how to approach sustainability in local and international projects targeted to less privileged youth, using non formal education methodologies;
- To deepen the group dynamics and leadership, in local and international projects;
- To analyse the different communication styles to approach different groups and different targets;
- To approach conflicts might raise in groups and to find non violent and creative ways to manage them;
- To share the working methods adopted in the different countries to ease the youth participation;
- To create and adopt new working methods, based on non formal education, that can be afterwards used by participants in their daily activities, to stimulate and enhance the participation of youngsters and youth with fewer opportunities;
- To develop the quality of support systems for youth activities in the youth field;
- To ease the creation of an informal network (with youth leaders, peer educators, youth workers and trainers) able and interested in developing new working methods to facilitate the participation of youngsters and of youth with fewer opportunities, at local and international level
- To realize of a tool kit for other youth and social workers: the tool kit, which has to be considered a didactical package to approach the sustainable development topics.

Οικονομικά στοιχεία:
Η διαμονή και η διατροφή καλύπτονται πλήρως από του διοργανωτές.

Tο 70% του κόστους μετακινήσεων επιστρέφει στους συμμετέχοντες μετά από την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος και αφού έχουν καταθέσει τα απαραίτητα χαρτιά (αποδείξεις, εισιτήρια, boarding pass, κλπ…). Το ποσό αυτό σύμφωνα με του όρους των προγραμμάτων της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης δεν μπορεί να ξεπερνά ένα άνω όριο όπου για αυτό το πρόγραμμα είναι:

Το ποσό συμμετοχής προς την ΕΛΙΞ είναι 100€.
