Η ΕΛΙΞ, εταίρος του προγράμματος ανταλλαγής εφήβων με τίτλο "A Sustainable Break: let's step back on our daily life" διάρκειας 16 ημερών, που φιλοξενείται από την οργάνωση Solidarités Jeunesses, αναζητά 3 συμμετέχοντες ηλικίας 15 έως 17 ετών και έναν/μια αρχηγό ηλικίας 18+ προκειμένου να συμμετέχουν στο πρόγραμμα που θα πραγματοποιηθεί από τις 7 έως τις 22 Αυγούστου 2018 σε μια αγροτική περιοχή στην Γαλλία στο Beaumotte-Aubertans, 30 χιλιόμετρα από την πόλη Besançon.
Στο πρόγραμμα, με θέμα την περιβαλλοντική βιωσιμότητα, θα συμμετέχουν 20 έφηβοι από Γαλλία, Εσθονία, Ιταλία και Ελλάδα!
H/O αρχηγός/επικεφαλής για την συγκεκριμένη ανταλλαγή νέων θα πρέπει να μπορεί να συμμετέχει στην προπαρασκευαστική συνάντηση (APV - Advance Planning Visit), που θα πραγματοποιηθεί στην Γαλλία από τις 25 έως 27 Ιουλίου 2018. Η προθεσμία για αιτήσεις για επικεφαλής είναι στις 9 Μαΐου 2018.

Accomodation
You will sleep in big tents (girls and boys will be separated) in the garden of our association. Sanitary facilities will be accessible inside the center. You will participate in the collective life: kitchen, cleaning, shopping, organisation of activities, etc.
Please bring a sleeping bag and rain clothes (we never know)

In the volunteers’ hosting organization “Le Centre de Beaumotte”, in Beaumotte-Aubertans (post code 70 190) 30 km from Besançon.
Le Centre de Beaumotte
The Center of Beaumotte is an association of youth and popular education created in 1979. Our association works to support and teach youngsters, especially those with less opportunities, by proposing a place of exchange and sharing where everybody can take time to rebuild himself/herself and can learn how to assume responsibility of himself/herself. Our center is an alternative place based on co-education (intercultural, intergenerational, of gender and beliefs), on collective life and on the responsabilisation of the people in charge of welcoming.
For 35 years we have set up international projects convinced of the wealth that these bring.
Because of the situation of the center (in a rural area) WIFI access will be limited.
What will we speak about?
Through the youth exchange "A Sustainable Break" we would like to gather 20 teenagers and young people from different European countries, social and geographical backgrounds, around one common theme : sustainability.
"A Sustainable Break: let's step back on our daily life", doesn't aim at approaching big debates, such as those that are tackled at the highest levels, but at observing each participant's daily life to question our habits. By observing a banal day, from breakfast to reading a book at night, we will talk about economics and ecology.
During two weeks, youngsters will be hosted in our center and will talk about environmentally responsible behaviours.
What will you do?
Mornings will be dedicated to manual activities : during 4 hours, participants will be divided and placed in several workshops : gardening, cooking, bread making and building of a small ecological straw house.
Participants will learn new ecological construction techniques and will create their own resources for the stay.
During afternoons, they will participate in:
● Intercultural exchange workshops, debates
● Free time based on local discoveries and getting to know each other
● Workshops on re-use of clothing, building board games…
Additional activities :
● Canoeing, tree top climbing, festival, …
● Activities proposed by participants
● International dinner where our partners and the local community will be invited.
We don't ask any qualifications to be able to participate, nothing but great motivation!
Non-formal education
In a dynamic of popular and non-formal education, you will be able “to make and to live together” and each one of you will be responsible for the daily life of the group.
This tool is very important for a real encounter: youngsters will elaborate their own menus, cook in groups, do cleaning, and organize their activities. The exchanges at cooking time, household, and leisure activities will be the base of interculturality of this project.
FINANCIAL CONDITIONS
Solidarités Jeunesses would like to encourage participants, after their acceptance, to buy travel tickets as soon as possible to enjoy economical prices. Please do not buy travel tickets until your participation has been approved by Solidarités Jeunesses. We kindly remind all participants to keep the original tickets, invoices and boarding passes.
Οικονομικά στοιχεία:
Η διαμονή και η διατροφή καλύπτονται πλήρως από τους διοργανωτές.
Το κόστος μετακινήσεων επιστρέφεται στους συμμετέχοντες μετά από την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος και αφού έχουν καταθέσει τα απαραίτητα δικαιολογητικά (αποδείξεις, εισιτήρια, boarding pass, κλπ…). Σύμφωνα με τους όρους του προγράμματος Erasmus+, το μέγιστο ποσό που καλύπτεται για τα μεταφορικά είναι μέχρι 275€(*) για κάθε συμμετέχοντα.
*(It means that if you have a budget of 275€ and you spend 200€, you will receive all 200€, and in this case will be the 100% of the travel. Otherwise for example, if you spend 300€ with a budget of 275€, we will reimburse you up to 275€.)
Το ποσό συμμετοχής προς την ΕΛΙΞ είναι 50€.
