Πρόταση της ΕΛΙΞ για πρόγραμμα ανταλλαγής με θέμα την Μεσογειακή Διατροφή στην Νάπολη της Ιταλίας.

Η ΕΛΙΞ αναζητά 4 νέους 18 - 25 ετών και ένα αρχηγό ηλικίας 18 – 30 ώστε να συμμετέχουν στο πρόγραμμα ανταλλαγής νέων με θέμα "Mediterranean Diet" που θα πραγματοποιηθεί από τις 4 έως 11 Μαΐου στο San Giorgio a Cremano κοντά στην Νάπολη της Ιταλίας.

Οι 20 συμμετέχοντες από  4 χώρες (Ελλάδα, Ισπανία, Ιταλία και Τουρκία) μέσω της διαπολιτισμική εκπαίδευσης θα αναδείξουν τις ιδιαιτερότητες και τις συνήθειες της διατροφής κάθε χώρας και θα μάθουν για τις υπόλοιπες. Η Μεσογειακή διατροφή είναι σημαντικό στοιχείο του πολιτισμού των χωρών της περιοχής καθώς και παράγοντας υγείας αλλά και τουριστικού ενδιαφέροντος.

Lodging: You will be hosted in a terrace apartment in Villa Bruno (San Giorgio a Cremano), a very beautiful place for living with bunk beds in shared rooms, a kitchen and hot showers. All facilities are provided except washing machine. Sleeping bags are required.

Summary of the Project: The main topic of the exchange will be intercultural learning through food and eating habits, reflecting upon the connection between the way you eat and the way you feel. Participants will identify the differences and the similarities among traditional food cultures of four Mediterranean countries (Spain, Italy, Greece and Turkey).

The activities will involve sharing one’s own food cultures with the others, getting to know the similarities and the differences of every country’s culture: through workshops and non-formal education activities the participants will discover more about the other countries, in order to eliminate the barriers and the prejudices among them. The participants will also be involved in inter-generational activities, meeting the elderly people of San Giorgio a Cremano and sharing traditional food cultures of their own grandparents. The food will be the instrument for this exchange of experiences.

We also aim at involving the participants in the discovery of our local products, taking them on tours in the vicinity. Our idea is to rediscover the wholesome traditions, focusing on the use of local products also from an ecological point of view. The choice of these products has a close relation with the carbon's emissions: in fact, the energetic resources consumed are lower than the one used for the products that come from faraway places. We maintain that the use of local products, indeed, might be convenient due to the reduced consumption of energetic resources that it generates.

Furthermore, participants will create a toolkit/book about the Mediterranean Diet, with recipes written by all participants involved in the project, which will be uploaded on a web platform where the participants will be free to share contents also after the exchange, thus ensuring a follow-up of the experience.

Ο αρχηγός της αποστολής θα πρέπει να μπορεί να συμμετέχει και στην συνάντηση προετοιμασίας που θα πραγματοποιηθεί στο San Giorgio a Cremano της Ιταλίας 22 έως 24 Μαρτίου 2013. Τα έξοδα μετακίνησης για την συνάντηση αυτή καλύπτονται 100% μέχρι του ποσού των 300€.

Οικονομικά στοιχεία:
Η διαμονή και η διατροφή καλύπτονται πλήρως από του διοργανωτές.
Το 70% του κόστους μετακινήσεων επιστρέφει στους συμμετέχοντες μετά από την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος και αφού έχουν καταθέσει τα απαραίτητα χαρτιά (αποδείξεις, εισιτήρια, boarding pass, κλπ…). Το ποσό αυτό σύμφωνα με του όρους των προγραμμάτων της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης δεν μπορεί να ξεπερνά ένα άνω όριο όπου για αυτό το πρόγραμμα είναι:

Το ποσό συμμετοχής προς την ΕΛΙΞ είναι 100€.

Το προφίλ των συμμετεχόντων: Νέοι ηλικίας 18 έως 25 ετών με ισχυρό ενδιαφέρον στο θέμα του προγράμματος, με διάθεση για την ανταλλαγή απόψεων. Δεν χρειάζεται να έχουν προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχα προγράμματα. Ένα πρόγραμμα ανταλλαγής νέων δεν αποτελεί ένα πρόγραμμα διακοπών.
