Η ΕΛΙΞ, εταίρος του προγράμματος ανταλλαγής νέων με τίτλο "War & Trees" που φιλοξενείται από την οργάνωση Concordia, αναζητά 4 συμμετέχοντες ηλικίας 18 έως 25 ετών και έναν αρχηγό ηλικίας 18 έως 30 ετών προκειμένου να συμμετέχουν στο πρόγραμμα που θα πραγματοποιηθεί από τις 7 έως τις 18 Νοεμβρίου 2016 στο Amiens της Γαλλίας.
Στην ανταλλαγή θα συμμετέχουν 25 νέοι από 5 χώρες: Ιταλία, Γαλλία, Ρωσσία, Ελλάδα και Ισπανία.
Συνοπτικά για το πρόγραμμα:
This project falls within the 100th anniversary of the Battle of the Somme as well as within the 100th anniversary of WWI itself. We would also like to work on a current theme that is the preservation of the environment. We would like to bring together young Europeans during these events to highlight the European values. With this project, we want to study the consequences of the wars on the environment but further more we want to bring together people from different countries. Our project will take place in the Somme County, a region which has suffered a lot during the two WW.
During this project, we would like to offer a reflexion on ecological impacts of the wars, especially WWI and WWII. These themes seem relevant because it links past and present together, inside a shared territory. To debate on the long term consequences of wars, allows us to put into perspective the wars we are currently fighting and to wonder what their consequences will be to our landscapes and ecosystems.
DATES: 7th of November 2016 - 18th of November 2016
TARGET GROUP: active young people interested in environment and wars
AGE OF PARTICIPANTS_YE: young people aged between 18 and 25 years old, resident in the countries of the sending organization
AGE OF GROUP LEADERS_YE: the group leader must be at least 18-years old, should have past experiences in the mobility projects framework and in non-formal education. He/she has to be ready to accompany the group in each step of the youth exchange (from the preparation to the final evaluation on the way back).
AIM: 
- to promote peace and intercultural meetings, European citizenship and to empower European History
- to raise awareness about the different kinds of migration and to understand the impact of the refugees issue
- to lead the project through an ecological way and to sensitize about damages due to wars.
ACCOMMODATION:
Participants will be asked to collaborate in the daily maintenance tasks, such as the cleaning of the common spaces and will give a hand in the kitchen management (cleaning dishes, set the tables, etc.). We kindly remind everybody to inform about any specific needs concerning food or allergies and to do it via participation from, at the end of the page!
METHODOLOGY:
Concordia uses popular education tools, especially learning through your peers. We would like the participants to share their knowledges, to share their mutual cultures, their differences and similarities so this exchange can have an intercultural dimension. During the exchange, we will insist upon interculturality and the discovery of the other, which means sharing our knowledges, our opinions and our culture, especially during intercultural evenings.
ACTIVITIES:
We planned different types of activities, so that the participants will have a very diverse and enriching experience. Our topics being wars and environment, with an accent on the two world wars, we will take advantage of our geographical situation to visit the Armistice museum in Compiègne, a major visit considered the exchange themes. We will also visit several cities and villages hit by the wars, following the Red Line circuit put in place by the region. We also want to invite Collecte de la Somme pour les migrants de Calais, a group of volunteers which is helping people from the Calais Jungle. We think this intervention can make the participants think about the reasons why people run away from the war in their country, and we hope we could create a reflexion on why the European Union refuses to open its doors to refugees.
Reflexion time are also planned, allowing the participants to share their knowledges and allowing exterior speakers, such as ICAN Youth or Robin des Bois, to bring new information to them. As well as these visits and speakers, participants will have workshops to accomplish goals such as: writing a support letter to the UNESCO application of the association Paysages et Sites de Mémoire and an exhibition with the participants' photographs of visits and activities.
FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION:
Food and accommodation costs are covered by the coordinating organization at 100% by the project.
ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΚΑ ΣΤΟΙΧΕΙΑ
Το κόστος των μετακινήσεων κάθε συμμετέχοντα στο πρόγραμμα αυτό επιδοτείται μέχρι του ποσού των 170€ ή 270€(*) (ανάλογα το αεροδρόμιο αναχώρησης), σύμφωνα με τους όρους και τους κανόνες του Erasmus+. Οι συμμετέχοντες λαμβάνουν την επιδότηση αυτή μετά από την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος και αφού έχουν καταθέσει τα απαραίτητα δικαιολογητικά (αποδείξεις, εισιτήρια, boarding pass, κλπ…).
(*: Επεξήγηση: αν λοιπόν το συνολικό κόστος των εισιτηρίων σου, αεροπορικά, μετρό, λεωφορεία, κλπ (όχι ΤΑΞΙ) φτάσει τα 255€ τότε θα λάβεις 255€ άρα θα επιδοτηθεί το 100% του κόστους των μετακινήσεων σου. Αν το συνολικό κόστος φτάσει τα 300€ τότε θα λάβεις το μέγιστο της επιδότησης τα 270€.)
Η διαμονή και η διατροφή των συμμετεχόντων καλύπτεται πλήρως από το πρόγραμμα.
Το ποσό συμμετοχής προς την ΕΛΙΞ είναι 50€.
Ο κάθε συμμετέχοντας θα πρέπει να έχει ιδιωτική ασφάλιση κατά την διάρκεια της συνάντησης καθώς δεν θα τους καλύπτει κάποιος δημόσιος φορέας κατά την παραμονή τους στην Γαλλία ή να είναι κάτοχος της Ευρωπαϊκής κάρτας Ασφάλισης Ασθενείας.
